"What's taking you so long?" I hissed pounding at the door "does it take hours to look human?"

"Zaia!" Maureen whisper yelled from beside me as she blushed nervously "that's not so nice"

"Yeah couz... that's not nice at all" the door opened finally as a playful whiny voice was heard

"Me standing patiently infront of this door waiting for your ass instead of knocking it down after my fourth knock is what I call me being 'nice'" I snarled before grabbing Maureen's hand to drag her away with me

"Good morni—" she squealed almost stumbling in result to my long strides

"I don't have time for this." I grumbled "you're running late because of choosing to wait for that son of a—"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence" she warned scoldingly from my side once I slow down "I'm just being truly nice"

"Of course"

"Greeting them politely"

"Of course"

"Without spouting bad words"

"Of course"

"And I think you should apologize for being so rude to him"

"Of course—not!" I blink multiple times and gave her an 'are you kidding' look "why in hell would I do that" I spat burrying my hands on my sweats

I was dressed casually this morning since my class starts a little after 4 more hours and I decided to go to the gym since Timothy and Lance have the same class on politics and shit

"Well you should since it was you who have been so rude to him earlier"

"I won't apologize by simply treating him what he deserves" I stated stubbornly and push her into the room where her class is

"I can't believe I'm doing this"

"You're literally just standing here doing nothing but glare at me"

I drag a hand down my face aggresively and willed myself to calm down

Sighing loudly I gave him a scowl "...orry"

He gave me an incredelously dumb look "do you need a remote to volume up your voice or something?"

Glaring at him heatedly "Apologies" I hissed

"From who?" He asked very confused

Dumb kid

Giving him a look I walked past him "just so we're clear, I did it for Maureen"

When I was two feet away I heard him call my name quietly

"What?" I unintentionally snap

"I'm sorry too... about what I said and about Maureen? I-I really—" Timothy stuttered quietly so I walk towards him to clearly hear him "I-I really like her its just confusing"

Is he asking for advice?

"I-I don't know how to handle this-this emotion its just so foreign that I—"

I put a reluctant hand on his shoulder and look sideways avoiding his eyes on my awkward face

"Be true to what you really want. I know what you're insinuating and let's get one thing straight" I gave him a hard look since I wore my heeled ankle boots its not hard to do so "I don't like you with her... but I'm not that selfish to stand in your way, she's grown up to do whatever she desire to do and to have."
