Hi readers I know it's been forever since I updated, their really isn't a reason why I stopped writing. Just that I've grown and my life changed.

LISSA POV
Out of nowhere I hear Nott call out my name then once I turned around took my hand and said "don't lose yourself over everything Lissa" I lean towards him and kiss him on his cheek then turn around to dash up the stairs to my common room, while Nott just stands there with his signature smirk on his face. I reach the fat lady to just have her start scolding me about how a first year shouldn't be out here alone, especially a lady of all things. I just ignore or lecture and say "firesparks" which is the common room password for right now. When I enter the twins are still play exploding snap but weird enough i'am the only first year still not in their room so I guess you could just bloody call me a rebel child, I wave towards the twins while I climb the stairs to the girls dorms not wanting to make to much noise since people are studying and sleeping throughout the common room. Once I enter into my room I see Hermione sitting there scowling at me so I ask her why she is giving me that look, she just shakes her head and says we have a busy day and need to get to sleep since it's already so late. I change into my pajamas and say "goodnight Hermione" she then mumbles "goodnight Lissa" I lay down in my bed and roll over and fall fast asleep.

Hermione POV
I can't believe she stayed out so late... then in the morning when I ask her about it she has no real response. She's almost as bad as Ron and Harry with how many pauses and grunts she had throughout the conversation. It's almost as she's trying to be friends with to many people and doesn't want anyone to know. When I walk into the great hall I almost don't notice the twins and Lee seating around my regular seat at the table so when I go to sit down when George says "theirs sleeping beauty, how did you sleep after ditching our game of exploding snap last night?" Which scared the hell out of me, once I shake my head I say " next time give some warning George,I slept fine" then Fred decides to say "you should eat something before breakfast is over in 5 minutes, wouldn't want to be late now Hermione" I over to see him looking straight at me with this little smirk on his face so I decide to ask "so I see you over Katie picking Wood over you last night" then he says " it's her lost but I'm happy for my friends in the long run and Katie really wasn't my type anyways" which gives me so hope because I'm hardly anything like Katie Bell so I just start eating and after a few moments I say "Good for you Fred, have Harry and Ron been down for breakfast yet? Also have you seen Lissa?" Before Fred can answer George says " Harry and Ron just left before you got here and Lissa said something about the library" I look at the time and realize I have to get going to class so I look at all the boys and say "see you guys later and don't be late to class" before any of them can say anything I dash out of the great hall to get to Charms. Where I find Harry, Ron, Seamus, Dean, Neville and Lissa talking about the next quidditch match coming up in a couple of weeks. The day basically flys by before I know it and I'm sitting in the common room with my favorite pair of guys throughout Hogwarts besides Harry and Ron who I see as the closest thing I'll get to siblings. The guys are going over some new pranks they have in mind which before I know it I'm falling asleep in my favorite chair but when morning hits I'm laying in my bed with a note which says
Dear Hermione,
You fell asleep on us last night so I carried you to bed, hope your not to mad that we didn't wake you up

I run over to Lissa's bed to show her the note Fred left me which she says that him calling himself yours truly means something more than a friendly gesture I think she's out of her mind because someone like Fred who is 2 years older than me would never think of me more than a little sister to be honest.

2 Weeks later
Fred POV
George just can't stop badgering me about who is the girl I'm head over heels about. I've even taken extreme measures to not even look in her direction anymore because I think if George knew it was her he would scold me that she's to young and out of league in many other ways as well. I've almost just gave in last week when he decided it was that I'm possibly gay and crushing on Lee which got Lee now helping George to find out what I'm trying to keep from them.
So today I decided I'm just going to tell them so I can stop worrying about what they are going to say because obliviously these feelings aren't just going to disappear. I grab a piece of paper and quill to write George to have him and Lee to meet in our spot at 3pm after classes because I have something to tell them. When I get to the spot in the afternoon George and Lee are already there just sitting their bored and impatiently waiting on me to get there before they say anything I chicken out I blurt out "I like like Hermione!" Before either one of them say anything I bolt out of there to walk the lake before dinner. While out at the lake I see Lissa with a boy from Slytherin house so I decide to walk over to make sure he's not picking on her since Slytherins are such foul people towards Gryffindors. To just find out he's her friend Nott whom she's known all her life. When I walked back to the castle I get grabbed by George and dragged into a cupboard for him to say "we need to talk."
