Bed Rest

Laying on the bed with a pillow under my belly I have been having contractions for three weeks now I'm only at 26 weeks along we found out it's a little boy his Name is going to be Ryder Taggart BlackBourne, I have always wanted to use Brantley's last name or first name for one of my children because with out Him , Chase, Sammy and Maddie I wouldn't be laying in the bed pregnant with my first child let alone Married to 14 men that are the love of my life even if they do get a little bossy at times

So I am on a modified bed rest which means I stay in bed or on the couch never on my feet for to long which is driving me crazy but for this little one to come into the world health I will deal with it

Brantley and Crew have been hanging out more with us since I have been on bed rest

Maddi, Gabriel and Myself have been working on the nursery getting the crib , bassinets , car seats , changing table that is dresser too
We even picked out four rocking chairs that are big enough for Silas to sit in comfortably and we know that because Gabriel took Silas to the store and made him sit in them to find the one that he liked the most and ordered them

All of us are signed up for birthing classes which
Dr Oliver said he would do the classes just for all of us since it would be so many of us
We have an four week class starting in two weeks it's earlier than most but because I'm already having contractions Dr Oliver wanted to get it going early

I sigh as a roll to the other side bringing the pillow with me I'm supposed to be napping but my Brain won't shut up so here I am staring at the wall

The door creaked as it opens footsteps come over to the bed and the smell of Irish Spring comes to my nose I smile

The bed shifts and his warm body curls into me his hand moves around to my belly laying on it
Ryder rolls then kicks his hand

" Shhh Ryder don't wake up mama she needs her rest and I need some cuddles it's been a stressful day " Owen whispers softly as his hand begins to rub my belly

We lay there quietly together

Owen tucks his head into the back of my neck his warm breath goes across my neck
I feel him start to relax and fall asleep and I do too
Something about being in my husbands arms makes falling asleep so much easier

" He's in here " Sean said as he entered the bedroom

" Thats not Owen why is he asleep in the middle of the day " Axel asked

" I don't know " Sean asked

" I'm trying to destress but you two come busting in here waking me up I hope you didn't wake up Kensley she needs her rest " Owen says as he curled into Kensley

" I'm awake and it's not because of them Ryder has been rolling and tumbling for an hour now a couple rib shots is what woke me up " I tell them

" Ryder be nice to mama or she won't let us have any more babies " Sean says his lip poking out

I let out a laugh

" Don't worry Sean I'll give you more babies not to many more naturally but I wouldn't mind adopting " I tell them

" Hmm Adopting We can do that " Sean said

" let's get through the birth and first year of Ryder then we can discuss Adoption " Owen says

" I don't mean to question but why are you snuggled up with me in bed not that I don't mind because I actually slept this time for what I can tell was a while" I asked
" Just needed to relax it a little , I got a message this morning that I had to check out and it involves you seems your Aunt is on the move and as of this morning was headed this way it's going to cause some stress on you and Ryder so I'm not sure what I want to do send you away to a safe house or set a trap for her " Owen said

" Owen I'll be fine I don't want to be shipped away especially with me having contractions all the time I don't want to deliver this little boy with out his daddies there " I tell them

"I know you don't " He says as his kisses the back of my head " And I don't want to miss the birth of our son " He added

"So what do we do " I asked

" Let's have a family meeting and I mean a whole family meeting " Sean suggested

Two hours later we were all in the living room and kitchen discussing my Aunt and what to do about her coming here
We all agreed that sending me away isn't a good idea so that left us with coming up with a an idea of trap for her And how to execute it

" Not to change the subject but could I get a snack Ryder is hungry " I say with a grin

" Kensley you can have some fruit but that's all Dinner will be in an hour " North said

I stuck my tongue out at him

" Kensley Baby I have something..."

" North " Owen says trying to sound mad but the smirk on his face says otherwise

North just chuckled and went and got Me some fruits to eat he sat down next to me and fed me some peaches that he drizzled honey on and he had cut up some strawberries and some watermelon

"I need to pee " I say as I shift to the edge of the couch to stand up

Brandon comes over to me offers his hands to help me stand to which I take He even walks with me to the bathroom

I use the bathroom wash my hands and come Out to see Silas standing there with a grin

" Hey Angelos and Little Angelos " He says as he rubs my belly

" Hi Daddie " I say

"Lets get you off your feet "

Heading back into living room voices were raised I stopped and Silas did too
" What are they arguing about " I asked him
" Not sure " Silas said

" Why are y'all arguing " I asked

They all looked at each other before Chase spoke

" There has been a activity on your Aunts Credit Card here in Charleston at a local hardware store "

" Which one and what did she buy " I asked

" The one downtown and she bought a shovel , tarp , duck tape " Sammy says

" Okay do we know where she is staying " I asked

They all looked at each other

" At one of hotels downtown, Henry and Liam are going to head out to check it out and give us a report" Axel said

Both Henry and Liam were standing near the front door

" Just be careful both of you I mean it " I tell them

"We will and we shall talk soon"

As the door closes I knew then life was about to flip upside down wether I was ready or not

My Aunt Needed to be dealt with now not later
