Sweet Obsession

Demands Made

My heart was pounding in my ears I could see them talking but I couldn't make any words out shaking my head to try and clear it but It only makes it worse
Stumbling backwards I land hard on the couch

Covering  and pressing on my ears to try to get it to stop
Hands touch my legs I looked up to see North he had a very concerned look on his face and he's talking But it's so muffled I can't understand him

My faces must have shown the panic I was in because I could tell he hollered something and Sean was in beside me with his stethoscope and blood pressure cuff

I could feel the squeezing of the cuff then it releases

" I can't hear any of you over the pounding in my ears " I sort of yell at them

Gabriel signs to me to lay down Sean said it's my blood pressure it's high

So with help from both Sean and North I lay down on the couch a pillow is put under my legs and feet raising them up
North holds my hand rubbing circles with thumb

Sean takes the stethoscope and raises my shirt up to listen to the baby's heartbeat but then takes it off gets up leaves for a few moments comes back with a small Doppler and gel

He drizzles some of the gel on my belly then rubs the Doppler over my belly stopping here and there then completely in one area

The pounding in my ears is slowly stopping and now I could Hear the thumping of my little Ryder's heartbeat Sean checked my blood pressure again
" It's coming down , Kensley I want you stay in this position for a half hour if your blood pressure goes down more I'll let you sit up but if not you will stay laying down for an hour longer if after two hours it doesn't go down you are going to the hospital no questions asked I meant Kensley I don't want to be delivering Ryder this early " Sean said

I could feel the tears filing my eyes

" Easy Lioness " Raven says as he sits on the floor beside Sean
" Yes Pookie Easy I don't mean to scare you but I want you to know the seriousness of this " Sean says

" Don't worry about me focus on finding My Axel My Owen send me to the hospital and let Dr Oliver and Dr Alexander take care of me and Ryder " I tell them

" No Kensley we aren't moving you unnecessarily We can focus on you and finding Owen and Axel , Lilly you stay with Kensley , I am calling Dr Roberts to come stay with you along with Harry and Sean the rest we will split up and search the area and hope they hit their red alert buttons to signal us soon Corey , Kota work the internet and CCTV's around the area  the rest we will split Charleston into sections each group take a section and search it Kota , Corey you find anything send a text or call to the group that is in that area " Liam said

Ten minutes later they had broke into groups
And headed out to find Axel and Owen

From where I was I could see Kota and Corey working on their computers tapping away
Maddie and Lilly had come over to me sat on the floor they faced each other but I could see both of them
" How are you feeling " Lilly asked and signed at the same time

" Better I can hear more the pounding has almost gone " I tell her

" Good Because my Signing is a little rusty " She said with a laugh

" I know mines is too I'm glad Gabriel knows it so well " Maddie said

"Hows the patient doing" Sean asked when he joined us he had me sit up so I could lay my head in his lap

" Better the pounding in my ears has almost completely stopped " I tell him

"Good to hear that just continue to lay here " Sean says as he pets my head

Even though my blood pressure has come down I still feel antsy any little noise makes me jump and look around hoping to see Owen and Axel walk through the door unscathed

Any time a phone rang My heart would beat faster hoping and praying it was one of them telling us that they found them

The hours passed by one after another until the moon was high in the Charleston Sky the stars shining brightly as I stood outside in the backyard they had a small blip from Axels phone about an hour ago they were all moving towards where it Registered at

Lilly and Maddie were inside watching me since Dr Roberts and Sean were both called in to the hospital
Harry had left to run to their home to get a few things Kota and Corey were working on the computers

I went over to the swing and sat down just watching the stars As I sat there I heard rustling along the fence line I knew Max was inside so it was a dog
Keeping my eyes on where I thought the noise was coming from but don't see anything

As I keep watching the area my phone dings with a text message

If you want to see that they live do as I tell you
Meet me at the old Ashely Waters High School in an hour if you aren't here in that time frame I will kill them both
Oh and Come alone

Getting up out of the swing I waddle fast to the house and into it

" Kota , Corey " I yell as I come through the doors

Both hop up from their seats and come running to me
"What is it , the baby " Kota asked very concerned
"no this " I tell him as I hand him the phone

Both read the text And smile

" God both of them are brilliant getting her to go to the old high school " Corey says with a grin

" What Why is that " I asked

" Because it's still wired from a mission a few years ago I'm logging in now " Corey said as he tapped away at the keyboard

I headed upstairs to get my purse when I got to my room I picked up my purse and went to my closet and found my lock box opening it pulling out my pistol making sure it was loaded and grabbing a few bullets for good luck I shove it my purse then head back downstairs
Pick up my keys and head to the front door

" Where do you think your going" Kota said

" I'm going to get my husbands back and take out my Aunt" I tell him

"What No your not "

" Yes I am now you can either go with me or wait here " I say as I head out the door

Getting in the car I start it

The passenger doors open along with the back passenger doors
