Betty's POV

When we told her I was afraid that she wasn't ready or that she didn't want. Juliet looked at me, then at jug, then back at me again. 'Mommy, can I talk to Juggie'; she said and I smiled when she used the same nickname I used. 'Of course baby, I will wait outside'; I said and left.

'Hey Betty, how is she'; Kevin asked when I closed the door. 'She is fine, she is having some bonding time with her father and probably interrogating Jughead at the moment'; I said chuckling. Kevin's, Fangs' , Veronica's and Reggie's eyes windend. 'She knows Jughead is her father'; Veronica practically yelled. Everyone looked at us. 'Jeez Veronica, can you be anymore discreet'; Kevin said and Veronica rolled her eyes. 'I just hope they will get along'; I said and felt my anxiety rise. 'B, she will be fine and so will Jughead'; Veronica said. 'Yeah, but what if something goes wrong, what if jug doesn't want this or her or me'; I said and my breathing quickened. Suddenly the door opened and my cousin Cheryl and Toni came, but I could concentrate on their shocked faces, I was too worried about the Jughead- Juliet situation. I felt a panic attack come and so did Fangs and Kevin. When I had met with them I had a panic attack so they knew when one was coming. 'Sam stand up, auntie B needs to sit'; Kevin said and Sam quickly stood up. Right that moment jug came out of the room but I couldn't care less. I was pushed down onto the chair and Kevin said: 'Betty, your at a beach everything is calm, the wind blows in your hair, now can you look at me', 'I- I can't'; I chocked out. 'Yes Betty you can, look at me'; he said and I slowly looked up. 'Good, Betty now nam three things you see'; Fangs said. 'I-I see you, Kevin and V'; I said. 'Three things you can hear'; Kevin said. 'Y-your breathing, t-the people in the hospital and that's it, I'm sorry'; I said looking down. 'B, you are doing amazing, now look at me, tell me your name'; Kevin said and I saw Fangs looking through my bag for my medicine. 'Elizabeth Cooper'; I said, calming down. 'Who do you love the most'; he asked. 'My daughter, Juliet'; I said calming down. 'What do you love most about her'; he asked. 'Her smile, her intelligence, everything, even tho she is stubborn and eats more then a normal child'; I said and heard people chuckle. I was calm again. 'Thanks kev, thanks Fangs'; I said and hugged them. 'Anytime B'; Kevin said. 'Jug, why aren't you with Jules'; I asked. 'She wanted to talk to the both of us, so I was going to get you, but you were having a panic attack'; he said looking at me with sympathy. 'Betty, your pills'; Fangs said handing them to me. 'Thank you'; I said before swallowing one. Then a nurse came. 'Miss Cooper, I wanted to give you something for your panic attack, but your friends had it under control, I do have to ask, does this happen often'; she asked. 'Once or twice a day'; I said embarrassed. 'Do you know what has triggered this'; she asked. 'I am a crime detective and last year, during work, I- I was raped'; I said looking down. 'Have you been to a therapist to talk about this'; she asked. 'N-no, between work and my daughter, I didn't have time to cope with it, today was the first day I talked about it with someone'; I said and a tear slipped. I felt Veronica sit next to me and wrap a arm around her. 'Do you want me to book an appointment with someone for you'; the nurse asked. 'N-no, I don't have time for that, I am here to solve a murder and'; I said, but jug interrupted me. 'Yes, she will have a appointment next week and Betts don't argue with me on this'; he said looking at me. 'Fine'. The nurse smiled satisfied and left.  I didn't dare to look up, but V whispered: 'B look at everyone, you did the right thing and you don't have to be embarrassed about anything okay'. I nodded and looked up. I saw Jug, Reggie, Fangs and Archie look sad, Cheryl, Kevin and Toni with tears in their eyes. 'Betty, I know we didn't see each other in a long time, but you can talk to me, I helped Cheryl with it and I can do the same with you, trust me I've been in your situation'; Toni said and I looked at her shocked. 'You've been raped too'; I asked as my voice cracked. She nodded sadly. 'Wait why are you, Cheryl and Archie here'; I asked confused. 'Well, my girlfriend, Josie, got shot during rehearsal'; Archie said and my eyes widened. I looked at Kevin and his eyes also widened. 'J-Josie got shot'; Kevin said, tears welling up in his eyes. 'I was about to tell you, your father and Josie's mother are on their way right now'; Archie said. 'And why are you guys here'; I asked. 'We saw V's car outside so we wanted to know what happened, why are you guys here'; Cheryl said. 'Our daughter got hurt while she was playing with Sam, but we need to go, you guys can visit her soon after we talked about the elephant in the room'; I said and we left.

'Hey mommy'; Juliet said as we walked in. 'Hey baby'; I said as we both sat next to each other. 'Mommy, daddy, are you guys together'; she asked and my eyes lit up when she said daddy.
