Chapter Ten

T O N Y

"Wake up!" someone yelled. I felt a hand slap my face, my heavy eyelids instantly open as I whimper in pain. A bright light shine from above as I was seated in a metal chair.

"Good evening Luna, you may not know me but we'll get to know each other" one guy sneered. I see other men in the room staring at me with grins across their faces. I looked at my surroundings, it looks like a wooden cabin or something.

"W-What do you want with me?" I asked.

"Kelly, Leo is on his way" said one guy. Kelly smiled then looked at me, his eyes turned pure black as his teeth pocked through his lips.

"Good. Let him see his mate get tortured or even killed. Can't believe he has a human as his mate" Kelly sneered. There's that word again 'mate', I don't understand anything. Who is this guy? and what's his business with Leo?

"I'm merely using you as bait. Leo is on his way so sit tight" he said. I felt my wrist and ankles tied up, I tired to move but it's impossible.

"W-What are you?" I blurred out. Kelly's eyes widen then he grinned.

"He didn't tell you, well this is just classic. Of course he'll reject you, a human as a mate is a disgrace, don't worry I'll show you what I am" he said. My whole body shook with fear, I see all eyes on me watching me closely. Kelly stripped of his clothes leaving him naked, I looked away as he laughed in response. I then heard loud cracking noise then a bark.

I looked back seeing a tall brown wolf infront of me, I screamed in fear as my whole body tremble with fear. The wolf barked then growled at me, his sharp fangs snapped at me leaving me trembling and begging him to stop. All the men laughed with amusment, enjoying the show. Then the wolf's bones cracked again shifting into a human.

"There's your answer. We're werewolves" said Kelly. He put hs clothes on then walked away leaving me stunned. H-He's a werewolf, they don't exist, this must be some kind of joke. I was left speechless, not sure how to speak nor react.

"Lost words? pity" he said. I closed my eyes and worse myself to calm down. How am I suppose to react in a situation like this, if I stay I get killed, if I try to break out I'll defently get killed, either way I don't win. Just seeing Kelly shift into a werewolf was frightening, he meantioned mate, Leo, Luna. I've read romance novels about werewolves and those words 'Luna' and 'Mate' were mentioned. Could it be Leo is a werewolf? No! he can't be, he would of told me, he wouldn't lie to me?

Before I knew it a loud bang echo in the silent room. Loud howls make my ears ring, I then saw large black wolf at the cabin door growling at Kelly. Kelly laughed and grip my hair pulling my head back as a sharp knife touch my neck.

"Glad you decided to join the party Leo. Don't worry he's knows about us now, he had to learn the hard way since his own mate didn't tell him the truth" Kelly sneered. I looked at the black wolf, Kelly is talking to him and the wolf seems to understand, i-it's Leo. The black wolf shifting into a human, Leo stood tall as I looked at his muscled naked body. Leo looked at me with worry but the shifted into anger glaring at Kelly.

"Let him go" Leo growled. Kelly laughed.

"That would be to easy Leo, so no" he teased.

"This is between me and you, Tony got nothing to do with it" said Leo. He blade dug an deeper slicing my skin. I whimper in pain trying not the moved as the blade slowly slide across my neck causing me to bleed but it wasn't life threatening.

"STOP!" Leo roared.

"Don't worry Alpha, the cut isn't deep but it will soon" Kelly replied. I gently tug on the rope around my wrist trying to loosen it. The blade remained on my neck as I try to stay still as possible while I loosen the rope. In the far corner of the room I can see Steven, Leo's friend or brother enter the room. Leo's men were in front of Kelly's men.

"Come on, fight me. Your not the type to keep hostages, it's not your style" Leo teased. Kelly growled and pulled the blade away then throwing it to the ground.

"Your right it's not. But I do kill them" he said. In that right very moment every went in slow motion, Kelly picked up the knife from the floor then stabbed my chest two times, Leo screamed my name as blood gashed out. Steven charged at Kelly along with the other wolves, my chair tipped over as my head slammed to the ground.

"Stay with me baby. I'm so sorry" Leo cried. Why is he crying? I already forgave him. My vision became blurry, my head throbbed. It felt like my body was floating in thin air as Leo carrying me to his truck.

"Mark him!" Steven yelled.

"I already did" said Leo

"Do it!" yelled Steven. My body feels light as darkness slowly consumes me. I looked down seeing the car seat covered in my own blood, a lot of blood.

"No! no! no! open your eyes baby" said Leo. I'm trying!

"He's drying Leo he doesn't have much time" said Steven. Leo gently tipped my neck to the side then bite down, I whimpered in pain until I see nothing but darkness.
