Unexpected Love

Ch.10

Wonwoo's POV

As I saw Mingyu turn around, I take my phone out to wait until he comes back. After a few minutes I was wondering where he went.

What's taking so long? Did he leave me here?

I tried to look around for him but couldn't find him, maybe he found something and wanted to buy it.

I was brought out of my thoughts as I saw the person I was waiting for walking towards me.
My heart skipped a beat as I stared at him walking towards me.

What the fuck?!!

"Let's go" he said as he grabbed some of the shopping bags from where I was sitting, "Huh? Oh yea" I said as I got up. "What took so long?" I said after we started making our way out of the mall. "Nothing" he said while making our way towards the car, I was left confused but pushed those thoughts to the side.

Jeonghan got out of the car as he saw us walking towards it, "Let me help you with that" he says while trying to grab the bags from mine and Mingyus hands. Mingyu gave him his but I kept mine. "It's fine, I'll help you" I said while we walked to the trunk. After putting everything in the trunk, Jeonghan opened the door of the car for me to go in.

"You don't have to do that to me" I said while getting inside, "it's my job" be says with a small smile. The drive back was really quiet until Mingyu spoke up, "I need to finish work so I need to go home" he says while glancing at me then back to his phone I didn't realize he was holding.

"Okay" I said while nodding my head. "Should I drop you off at ur house?" Mingyu said beside me while texting away on his phone, "No thank you, I want to walk around the beach before I leave" I replied while looking out of the window. The only thoughts in my brain were about Mingyu and how my heart skipped a beat in the mall.

"Okay," he said before looking at the driver then going back to his phone. "Take us back to the beach" he says.

25 minutes later

As I saw we arrived at the beach, I picked up my bag from in front of me.
"We're here sir" the driver says before stopping in front of the beach, I give him a smile and say thank you then get out of the car. After shutting the door and walking away I heard my name.

"Wonwoo wait"

I turn around to see Mingyu running towards me and my heart did the same thing again.

Just stop already!!

As he stood in front of me while scratching his back he suddenly pulled a bag out from behind the hand he was holding. "I wanted to give you this because I felt bad for not getting you anything," he continues as I grab the bag and open it.

Inside it was a phone cover with two bold 'WW' on it. I gasped as I saw it, it was really pretty and I felt butterflies in my stomach for how thoughtful Mingyu was to buy me something.

"Don't think of this as anything esle" he said which sounded like a warning.
Without thinking I wrap my arms around him and thank him.
"Thank you, Mingyu" I said while pulling away from him and scoot back a little, "You didn't have to" I said while looking at the phone case. "Yeah, yeah" he said while waving his hands beside his head. As he turned around I had the urge to see him more. So I did what came to my mind.

"Hey Mingyu! Let's meet here again tomorrow at the same time!" I yell so he could hear me. He stops in his tracks and turns around.

"I'll try" he said before completely walking away and leaving me alone to walk by the beach with a head full of thoughts.
