Unintentionally In Love [ Akaashi Keiji ]

[Akaashi Keiji's point of view]

I opened my eyes to see the spot beside me already empty. My arm was stretched out to the empty spot, 'Was I hugging her to sleep?'

I stretched and heard noises coming from the bathroom, it must be Seiryuu doing her morning routine. I unplugged the charger from me and Seiryuu's phone and the time was 7.50am. Classes start at 9am so I have about an hour to get ready.

I went to my wardrobe and took my uniform out, putting it down on my bed. While waiting for her to be done, I scrolled through my phone and texted Bokuto-san, informing him that I would not be walking to school with him today.

Right when I sent the message, the bathroom door opened and revealed the girl in her uniform. Her hair was wet and she was drying her hair with her towel.

"Good morning Keiji," she smiled and I greeted her the same way before heading to the bathroom and prepare for school.

[Seiryuu's point of view]

I sat on the bed and continue to dry my hair. About 15 minutes later, Keiji came out from the bathroom. He was also in his school uniform and his pants made his long legs stand out. I contemplated his figure for a long time before he broke my train of thoughts.

"Hey, we're going to be late if you keep staring any longer," he stated and I blinked hardly, gathering my backpack and my phone before rushing out of the room.

"You forgot your tie!" He shouted as he followed behind me as I dashed down the stairs.

I took my seat at the dining table as we ate our breakfast, Keiji passed me my tie and I slung it over my shoulder while I ate.

"I see you two are already bonded, good to see," Mr Akaashi remarked. Keiji nodded and I nodded as well.

After finishing our breakfast, Keiji and I headed to the main door, slipping our shoes on before going out.

"Your tie," Akaashi reminded and I wore it around my neck, confused on how to do it.

He suddenly reached towards me and did my tie for me, my face turned red and he let out a small chuckle. "There, all done."

The walk to school was enjoyable. We passed by many tall buildings and residences. Although he was listening to his music most of the time, I still enjoyed his presence. I felt safe, and kind of protected.

After 15 minutes of walking, the school building is in sight. I felt nervous and my hands were slight shaking. There were so many unfamiliar faces. Small crowds were seen and I suddenly feel so lonely.

Keiji showed me to the teachers' office and told me to report to a female teacher which I simply answered with a small nod.

I peeked into the office and there were many grownups inside. Hesitating, I knocked on the door and a teacher noticed me. She approached me with a welcoming smile and spoke.

"You must be Seiryuu, the new student?"

I was not sure whether leaving her alone outside the teachers' office is a good idea. It might be a wrong idea, but it's for the best. I would not want to let other students see her with me and cause an uproar. I just wish she would not attract too much attention and let the students disturb her.

The bell rang and I headed to my homeroom. I did not see Bokuto-san around anywhere, he did not reply or even see my message earlier this morning.

'Guess he's late. Again.' I thought to myself and sighed. If he's late today, he will be getting detention. I took my seat in class and stared out of the window while waiting for my homeroom teacher.
