Spencer rapidly turned and coming face to face with his friend beside who was staring at him now too. He raised his eyebrows as he zipped tightly his already zipped mouth.

"Boys, wake up! We're here!" Reishel shouted loudly and patted the thighs of two young men unconscious of that they had already drift into sleep. They had been busy for a while teasing each other like a preschool pupils until they were both nappy then gets sleepy because the trip also took them half an hour due to traffic.

"Reggie, ayusin mo mukha mo. If Almira smelled you, do you think she'll like you?" Antonio said as he turned and looked at his son, who is brushing and rubbing his eyes like a newly woke toddler.

"Of course not, Dee!" Reishel's euphemism ironically full of contrary to his husband then sending her glances to his son at the backseat. "Come on, baby... mag-mouthwash ka, you smell like an expired saliva! Why don't you be like Spencer, he smells like human."

Spencer snickered at his friend full of disrespect.

Reggie's puss turned to a frown. "Tapos n'yo na po akong laitin? Tara na po, baba na po tayo po."

He tsk-tsked huffily as he gets out of the car, then the three who retrieved themselves from snickering are now trailing him behind.

"Oh my sufferin' succotash! I miss you mothersmucker!"

"I miss you din, maarte kong friend!" masayang tugon ni Leticia bago yakapin at makipag-beso-beso sa kaibigan.

"Hey, sup man!" Antonio greeted his friend Guillermo in the most coolest way he knows.

"I'm doing good, dude!" Guillermo's repartee before executing their nerveless fist bump.

"What's with them?" Spencer said what he was actually intended.

"Ganyan talaga sila, p're.

"Holy cow! Kanina ka pa!" iritang ani Reggie.

"Aw!" Spencer's groan as he was got beaten up again, much to his surprise.

"Holy cow!" She squeaked.

Spencer turned back his gaze to the guy beside the shrugged his shoulders while chuckling.

But the rude conversations has ended all of a sudden when the squealing voice of Almira's mom came up.

"Mira! Come downstairs, dear!" Leticia called her daughter.

"Coming!" Almira shrieked, hurrying, heading on her way out of her room and then slammed the door as she began to slid her feet downstairs.

And the world rotating and revolving around seemed to slow down as Reggie watched Almira, wearing her nice night pale yellow dress as she smiled darlingly making her way down the stairs. Her eyes shine even brighter than the crème de la crème lights from the chandeliers hanging at the ceiling of this elegant domicile.

Reggie was jaw-dropped, seemed like his two feet were nailed to where he was standing, his trembling knees were stiffly frozen like a giant chunk of ice in the coldest winter of Antarctica, couldn't murmur any verbals for he was just wholeheartedly captivated by the moment.

"Hello po," Almira's placid greeting, still stooping down as she watched her final step. She looks up as she smoothly brushes her two fingers on her dark brown hair and settled those filaments filling her sight at the back of her ears, so that everybody is going to see her precious visage.

"Hi," she even glanced and greeted the guy beside Spencer, Reggie who seemed like he already swallowed his throat as he still cannot make himself utter any phrase.

"Why don't we go grab some delicious foods?" Leticia as she decided to break the ice.

"'Cause that's why we're here, right?" Guillermo replied as if he was joking yet telling the right thing.

Everybosy's laughing as they finally moved their feet to one direction, toward dining area where the delicious foods are just waiting to be gobbled and swallowed by them.

"I'm sure you're going to take some pill that will bring back your memories 'cause you'll forget your name after you tasted those freaking yummy edibles I cooked," Leticia's blabbermouth is continuously babbling as she was walking ahead.

"You know what friend?

Ilang saglit pa ay narating na nila ang malaki at mahabang lamesa, they were sitting around the table with each pair. Magkatabi sina Antonio at Leticia, Guillermo at Reishel, Reggie at Spencer, at katapat nila si Almira na walang katabi.
