"What a' night?"
I thought to myself.
I finally made it back to the house.
"Whoa!...mom? Are you okay?"
I asked feeling concerned and wondering why the living room light was off.
As she's sitting in the dark.
Maybe she was waiting for me to come back home?
I thought.
She began calling my name in a soft tone.
"Diamond?"
I flicked on the light switch.
I can see my mom's eyes balling into tears.
As she stands up and give me a hug with a slight pat on my back.
"Come and sit down."
She gently grabs my wrist as we both softly sit down on the cozy couch.
"There's something I'd like to tell you."
Sobbing while she's trying to say her words correctly.
"Mom? What's wrong?"

I had no clue what was happening and why she's crying.
"This will be a serious talk."

"Okay?"
I replied.
"First, I'd like to tell you that I'm sorry for the way I've had been acting towards you...
I honestly didn't meant to treat you the way I did the other day and I feel guilty. Knowing that my daughter is the sweetest person anyone could ever meet....
Remembered one day I'd told you about your dad died from an overdose?"
She asked.
Lifting her up slowly.
"Yes mom. Why do you ask?"
I replied.
"He really didn't die in from an overdose...
Your father was murdered by some people I've had gotten involved with."
...
After lying to tell her only kid that her dad overdosed.
You can tell how much my mom
From just showing true colors.
"Mom?? Are you serious??....so my dad didn't kill himself? But he was murdered? How could you do this to me?!
Do you know how selfish to tell me that my dad killed himself. Instead of telling me the full story??
Do you not get it??!
I'm a woman now. A woman who set standards for within myself!
But no...can't even have this conversation with you.
You ARE so conniving
And just evil!
You want me to tell you things.
But you never tell me ANYTHING. As I daughter I command that this shit will stop! I can't can't believe you mom really??! Your only child??
Why not tell me this??
Why wait all of these years and just finally say something??"
I continued ranting on.
"I-"
She stuttered.
"I honestly don't get you...
What's next?...That you're not my real mom as you say you are??"
My mom begged me to come back downstairs.
It was too late for her to explain everything that she'd wanted to explain.
After storming towards the bedroom and slamming it shut.
I give Andrew a call.
*The phone leaves an automatic voicemail*
I suddenly began breaking in my room
Out of anger.
"Why did she fucking lie to me??"
I asked to myself aggressively.
After all. I finally take deep breaths.
While having a breakdown. I take a look outside wondering if Andrew will show up any second.
When there was no show of him.
I just sat on the floor and cried all night.

NO BOND. NO PROBLEM. 2

The next day. I'd realized I'd woken up in the middle of the floor as I slowly pick myself up.
Rubbing my eyes and wiping the corner of them with my index fingers.
I decided to go clear my mind by taking a hot and steamy shower.
When suddenly. There's a soft knock at the window.
Wrapping a towel around my body to cover up. I go and check to see who's knocking.
"Andrew?"
I was puzzled.
I can see him pointing towards the window lock. As if he was asking for me to open it.
I finally let him inside.
"Thank you for letting me in."
"No problem."
I replied with a smile.
"I've gotten your-"
He paused.
"Woah! You're naked??"
He asked shockingly.
"I'm not completely naked. I have on a towel."
I replied.
"Please keep that towel on."
"Why are you over here anyway?"
I asked.
"Gotten your call this morning...
What happened to your room?"
