"Anong hiniling mo?"

Malapad akong ngumiti kay Asahi at hinigpitan ang kapit sa magkahawak naming kamay. Tinatahak namin ang daan paalis sa Nozomi Shrine kung saan kami nanggaling kanina. Ang Nozomi Shrine ay kilala bilang isang pinaka espesyal na dambana sa buong probinsya ng Del Kyushu. Kung ano man raw ang hilingin mo sa dyosang si Nozomi ay matutupad.

"Secret," sagot ko sa kaniya at dinugtungan ng pilyang ngiti. Pabiro niya akong inirapan at diniretso na lang ang paningin sa daanan.

"I won't force you to say it though," sambit niya na tinawanan ko na lang ulit. Parang may mga bulateng gumagalaw sa tiyan ko sa tuwing magsasalita at tatawa siya. He can even make my knees tremble just by looking at his perfect features.

I want this kind of dream. A dream where I am aware of the real reason why this is happening. Where I can say what I want, do what I want, see the people that I want. Kontrolado ko ang lahat. Isang panaginip na gugustuhin kong maging totoo na lang. Na mas nais ko kaysa sa masakit na realidad.

I can't question Asahi's existence and actions here. I am not sure if it's just one of my illusions or not. I didn't care though. This is more than satisfaction. This is my salvation in my lonely days and nights.

I just want to see him and be with him. Hindi man ako makapunta nang totoo sa Del Kyushu due to critical situations, at least dito, nakikita ko siya, nakakausap at nahahawakan. I am beyond happy and grateful for this dreamcatcher.

We were almost near our favorite place, the river inside Del Kyushu Forest called Felisiti River, when I heard sounds up in the sky. I looked up and gave it a glance and I saw a group of black birds flying along the sky. My eyes immediately widened due to realization and panic.

Shit. It's already time!

"Sumi." Ang bilis ng takbo ng dibdib ko dahil naramdaman ko ang paghipigpit lalo ng mga kamay namin. Seryoso ang mukha niya at bakas sa reaksyon na napagtanto niya ang sunod kong gagawin at ayaw niya akong paalisin.

"It's time, Asahi. I'll come here as often as possible but I need to go. Thank you for today and I really enjoyed it! Let's see each oth-"

"Stay here, please," he pleaded with gentleness in his voice but I can't see the softness on his face. His reaction was tough and intimidating.

I swallowed hard and tried to remove my hand from his grip. I saw how he clenched this jaw and tightened his hold on my hand.

"I'll come back here, promise! Mas aagahan ko ang pagtulog ko mamayang gabi para mas mahaba ang bonding time nat-"

"No. Please. No. Stay here. Akala ko ba gusto mong magkasama tayo palagi? Just stay here." Sinibulan ako ng kaba sa pagpupumilit niya. His voice was getting tougher and scarier.

"Oo. Gusto kong magkasama tayo palagi but they'll freak out kapag buong araw akong tulog. Please. Let me go. Babalik ako." I gave my best to withdraw my hand from our intertwined fingers. Good thing, it succeeded.

Napaatras pa ako nang mabawi ko ang kamay ko. Maging siya ay nagulat. Nakita ko ang dumaan na galit sa mukha niya ngunit bumuntong-hininga na lamang kalaunan.

"Fine. Come back, okay? I'll wait for you at the Nozomi Shrine," paalala niya na tinanguan ko. I wanted to hug him but I was panicking already. I just tapped this shoulder twice and ran as fast as I could.

Buti na ay magaling ako sa direksyon. I followed the path where Haru was always dragging me to. Hindi ko na ininda ang pamumutik ng mga paa at binti ko. Halos magkanda-dapa na ako. Gustuhin ko mang manatili sa loob ng panaginip kong ito, ayaw ko namang makulong.
