You dart down the stairs almost tripping over your own feet, leap onto the couch and throw your legs across it taking up the whole thing. Jinxx walks in smiling

"Move your ass”, he winks at you.

You bring your legs in towards your chest as he put in the disc into the DVD player, grabs the remote and plops down next you.

”Is this scary?” You said with a slightly worried voice

”Nah” he shrugged

You jumped out of your skin at the beginning of the film, 'not scary', pfft. Jinxx wrapped his arm around you and pulled you closer which made you feel a bit better but you were still scared. Something popped up on the screen which made you let out a high-pitched squeal. Jinxx chuckled and tightened his grip, giving you a sort of one-armed hug.

”It’s not funny!” you pouted. He raised his eyebrows and smiled

”Yes it is”

You stuck your tongue out at him jokingly and turned back to the movie, You stayed in the same position for about 20 minutes until yet another jumpscare attacked the movie. You tugged his shirt and buried your head in his chest whining, he placed a hand on your head lightly stroking it and smiled

”You’re so cute when you’re scared” he teased

”Shut up” you said, muffled, your head still buried in his chest. You look up at him with a scared face ”I don’t like this movie” you whimpered.

”We can turn it off if you want?” He smiled

You quickly shook your head ” no no no it’s fine, you’re enjoying it” 

”But you don’t li-”

You placed your finger softly on his lips ”shh, enjoy the movie” you said, planting a light kiss on his cheek

You closed your eyes and attempted to fall asleep, ignoring the grim sounds that came from the TV.
