Chapter 38 Students Of The Industry

10 March 1981

Luan was practicing her lines for her upcoming film The Evil Dead and she was very excited about acting in a horror film although Romance, Comedy and Drama are her cup of tea, she can kick ass too that's why she's wants to play in more action, Sci-Fi and horror movies in fact she recently just got cast in the Science Fiction Horror Movie Galaxy Of Terror and she was currently on set finishing up the movie Nighthawks which is due to be finished in April and released in June she plays Irene DaSilva in the movie she co stars with Sylvester Stallone who plays her estranged husband Sergeant Deek DaSilva they were both doing their scene before the director yelled
Director: and cut that was great Sylvester and Luan you killed it
Sylvester Stallone: Thanks sir
Luan: Yeah, thanks
Director: Ok next scene lights, camera and action!

3 hours later
Luan was sitting down having lunch she was finished for the day she wanted to talk to Stallone about very important news she heard about but he was still busy filming his scenes when a certain movie star appeared
Sylvester Stallone: Hey Luan
Luan: Oh hey, Sylvester
Sylvester Stallone: So I heard from Billy Dee that you wanted to talk to me about something?
Luan: Um...yeah but it's not that important
Sylvester: What do you mean?
Luan: Umm...It's nothing go finish your scenes
Sylvester: Luan, You can trust me tell me what it is please as a friend and coworker
Luan: Ok fine, I heard that you are gonna be doing a movie about soccer with Lincoln soon
Sylvester: Lincoln???, Oh your brother right?
Luan: Yeah, so are they true?
Sylvester: Yes they are, Linc is a pretty good actor trust me, hell I even worked with him in Rocky 2 and he was amazing, so this is the second time I'll be working with him, So why do you wanna know what movies he's on?
Luan: I feel bad you know, for my part in me and my family's mess that chased him away
Sylvester: You and your family screwed up big time then when I first heard of it I was 21 and I thought that damn some people just don't love their children, I grew up on the poor side and I saw kids being kicked out for all sorts of reasons but the one of bad luck I gotta admit that's the stupidest reason I ever heard
Luan: I understand, So how is he like I mean his personality?
Sylvester: He's fun loving and charismatic, cool, funny and but when he's fighting or acting he's a very different person he wants things to be perfect and he's very passionate about those two careers
Luan: Wow really?
Sylvester: Yeap
Luan: So what's the name of the movie your doing with him?
Sylvester: Escape To Victory and I helped his friend get cast too
Luan: Can you do me just one favour?
Sylvester: What is it?
Luan: Take care of him during that movie and talk to him for me so he softens up when we meet him again
Sylvester: Ok I'll try and Luan look everybody makes mistakes but more importantly everybody deserves a second chance I'll talk to him into giving you guys one but I'm not promising anything but I do promise he's in safe hands with me
Luan: Ok so how did he do in his fight last month?
Sylvester: He won by a knockout in the 6th round over Norton so he's still alive in the tournament
Luan: Ok
Assistant director: Ok Luan, you can go home for the day we'll see you back tomorrow now you Sly we still got work to do with you
Sylvester: See you tomorrow Luan
Luan: See you Sly ( She hugs him) bye
Luan enters her Maseratti and drives back home

Meanwhile with Lynn Jr in Japan

Lynn was successful in her big singles  match for a title the match was a long and brutal one and Lynn was beaten with a steel chair and she was thrown from the top of the cage through a table by Aiyo Kyo she came back into the match when Lioness Asuka was pinning Kyo and the tag team champion jumped on top of her to stop the pin and save her hopes of winning the title after that she beat Kyo with a kendo stick before spearing the champion before climbing up to the top rope and delivering a shooting star press on the champion Asuka just as she was about to go for the cover before Aiyo Kyo came in and stopped the count before speared her before picking her up and delivering a powerbomb on top of the champion and that wasn't enough she picked up the champion in an impressive feat of strength and powerbomb her on top of Kyo before she stacked an unconscious Aiyo Kyo on top of an unconscious Lioness Asuka before going for the cover and pinning them both to win the AGWA United States girls championship her first singles title in All Japan Pro Wrestling which meant she's now a double champion WWWA World Tag Team Champion and now AGWA United States Girls Champion it was the greatest moment in Lynn's life

Back in the states
Luna and her band were currently in a meeting with young up and coming rising star Michael Jackson and his manager about collaborating with them on their new song Academy Stars
Michael Jackson: So you guys want me to work with you on this song?
Bob: Yes
Luna: It would be a great opportunity for all of us in order to promote our talent to the world
Sam: Yeah it will help us and you in raising our game and taking it to the next level
Jake: So what do you say?
Michael Jackson: Umm...The music and the lyrics are awesome but Luna how can I be sure you have changed? because I don't want to be called bad luck or anything like that if the song doesn't do well
Luna was offended by that not only has she changed but the incident this kid is referring to happened 14 years ago can't  people just fucking forget it! she grabbed her nose and exhaled sharply calming herself
Luna: Yes, Michael I have changed I promise you on that
Michael Jackson: Ok I'll work with you guys but I hope we don't get into any trouble ok
All the band: Ok
Michael Jackson: I better be going it's getting late, when should I come for rehearsal and recording the song?
Jake: We'll call you can we have your phone number?
Michael Jackson: Ok, here you go
Savannah: Thanks bye
All the band: Bye
Michael Jackson: Ok bye everyone
(He leaves)
Sam: See I told you Luna being in this band will hold us back!
Savannah: No it won't what just happened was a minor hiccup
Jake: Yeah give him time, he'll get used to Luna
Sam: Alright fine

With Lucy she was practicing her lines for a movie she's doing called
Scanners and she was super excited about it as she reads away, she can't help but to think of Lincoln again she feels bad about what she did she can only wish she could see him again and apologize little did she know in over a year she'll get that wish, Be careful what you wish for Lucy

AN: Done This is the first chapter in a while Lincoln doesn't make a physical appearance he is only mentioned, next chapter I'm doing a time skip to the fight with Johnny Whiplash because it's gonna be a good one and Lucy and the family will get their wish of meeting Lincoln in person, face to face for the first time in 14 years in later chapters so far only Luan has seen him and we know how that went and for those expecting Christina and Lincoln to get married trust me they will and soon but for now both are busy with movies and Lincoln with his comic book and obvious boxing career see you next time bye
