It piled up with the struggles of growth and the creation of his own identity, as every teenager comes accross.
However he had fun and made positive memories in the midst of all.
Then the moment of choosing for his studying career, which would have led to his working career, knocked on the door.
The pressure, again, walked in with it.
The sister had decided to follow her own path. The younger brother would have chosen whatever he preferred because he was the little one, and the favourite.
Thus only one choice was left to him: to choose the path of his parents.
To please them. To try and gain their approval, showing them he was the worthy son for once.
The medical career began. A doctor he bacame. A Doc.
It wasn't his dream job.
