The sequel is currently being written, it is called ATLA and it tells the story of our dear Seekers traveling overseas to catch up on familial stuff. But obviously there will be new threats and new opportunities there that they probably did not expect.
As some of you may already know, HZD 2 has been announced : Forbidden West.
ATLA does not have anything to do with it but I plan on writing another sequel on Aloy and of course Kïma going in this Forbidden West when the game will be released, so there will probably be two different alternatives for the sequel of Thunderjaw Heart, depending on HZD 2 events.

Kïma is, on her side, searching for batteries in HZD's world, stuck with Asile, Alocin's snarky niece. She unfortunately has to deal with people that have many reasons to have a grudge against her...
