A Changed Life with Shoto Todoroki

Chapter 14: Sports Festival 2.0 Pt. 3.

First rounds: 

Kirishima vs Iida

Denki vs Uraraka

Deku vs Shinsou

Monoma vs Noriko

Tokoyami vs Tetsutetsu

Todoroki vs Bakugo

Momo vs Itsuka

Mina vs Sero

(I just used a random generator lol) 

First battle: Iida easily won using his speed to push Kirishima off of the boundaries. 

Second: Uraraka won by using her gravitation to remove Denki while he overused his quirk.

Third: Deku used his head and easily smashed Shinsou out the lines.

Fourth: (Here we go). 

You walk up on stage as Monoma stands right in front of you. The fight starts as he stands there. He can't really attack considering that his quirk is copying. I run up to him and move my right fist to punch, but he dodges. 

"I knew you'd be right-handed," he says smiling at me. He touches my arm then looks shocked. I grab his shirt lifting him off his feet. I threw him down onto the ground as he crosses the line. Silence, no cheering. I just turn around and walk back. They wouldn't care about me. I'm just different. As I go walk, the crowd starts to mutter to each other.

"How is that possible?" 

"She's super strong,"

"She's dangerous"

"Why'd they let her join?"

"She's just a villain,"

"She's a monster," 

"Listen here you people, can't you see she's using what she knows. If she truly was as bad, she would've easily defeated that student. How can you all be apart of a society that will judge her? You'd only encourage her to go back onto the villain's side. She wants to be approved, she's trying to be a hero," Aizawa says through the mic. Everyone shuts up. 

"N-Next round!" Present Mic says changing the topic.

Fifth: Tokoyami

Sixth: Tie!

Seventh: Momo

Eighth: Sero

Next round:

Momo vs Kirishima - Kirishima wins using his quirk to shove Momo out before she could create anything.

Noriko vs Sero - You ran and kicked Sero out of the lines before he could fully trap you with his tape.

Deku vs Uraraka - Deku wins by gently pushing her out before she could touch him.

Todoroki vs Tokoyami - Todoroki won freezing up Tokoyami.

Bakugo vs Iida - Bakugo managed to damage Iida's "engines" and blasted him out. 

Third round:

Kirishima vs Todoroki - Todoroki wins by heating up Kirishima weakening his quirk.

Deku vs Bakugo- Deku won (!) by figuring out a plan. Soon after tiring him out as he fainted.

You get a free pass. 

"GODDAMNIT! HOW DID I GET FROM FIRST TO THIS PLACE!?" Bakugo growls pissed off.

"Hey, it'll be alright! I wish I could get a gold medal as you did," Kirishima says trying to calm him down.

Fourth round: 

Deku gets a free pass.

Noriko vs Todoroki

I walk up and stare at Todoroki. I listen for the cue to start. Once it starts, I quickly run to punch him. My hand gets frozen by his quirk. I quickly break my fist away and melt off the ice. I run to launch another attack, he uses his ice quirk again. He pushes with all his might causing a huge ice chunk to go over the arena. He's really not making it easy on me. I think it's finally time for me to pull out my trap card. 

"DOES TODOROKI WIN!? IS NORIKO GONE?!" Present Mic says. 

(Todoroki's POV)

I froze her as much as I could. I look up and suddenly see flames flaring up as she breaks through my ice. Impossible, that quick? Whatever, she'll just launch another right arm attack anyways. She runs as I prepare myself for another ice quirk. I start to launch my ice, but she used her flames melting it away then punch my chest with her left arm causing me to go flying. Ugh, my body. She continues to run as I continue using my ice quirk, but she suddenly disappeared. I don't see her anywhere until I started getting lifted up. Did she run past me? How? She's faster than before. She slams me on the ground as I cough getting the wind knocked out of me. 

"This isn't as hard as I thought," she says. Her strength is amazing. I catch a glimpse of her eyes and look at my arms trembling. I was terrified of her eyes. They looked so different compared to before. They truly looked like the eyes of a monster. She throws me out of the lines and I hit the wall against my chest. I coughed again and knock out. When she's fighting, she's a changed person. 

"THE WINNER IS NORIKO!" Midnight shouts. 

(Noriko's POV)

I noticed Todoroki passed out and run over to him. 

"Todoroki!?" I shout. I check him and noticed he's knocked out cold. I let my pink flames out and touch his chest healing him. Did I go too far? I watch as he slowly opens his eyes again. I sigh of relief. "Thank goodness you're okay..." 

Todoroki looks over at me as I help him up back up onto his feet. I walk him back to our seats as we take a break before I fight Deku. I get back to our seats as Deku takes lots of notes about my movements into that notebook of his. 

"I'm sorry Todoroki..." I said. He looks at me.

"Don't be, you won fairly. Beat Midoriya for me alright?" he asks. I nod.

"H-Hey! I'm sitting right here!" Deku says. I take a deep breath as people continue to mutter words about me. Todoroki covers my ears.

"Don't listen to them, you go and do your best," he says. 

Deku and I check the time noticing we're up soon. We go get prepared. We get to our places as Present Mic talks for a bit. Deku and I both come out. I'm tired and want to end this quickly. We both get onto the stage and listen knowing that the match has started. 

"Sorry Deku," I say letting out my right side. I let the demon inside of me take over a bit and scream. Deku looks taken back along with everyone.

"AHHHHHHH!!!" I shout and look at him. 

"This power..." Aizawa says to himself. 

I take a step forward as the stage breaks. I continue my walk as he stands there not being able to move. I give a smirk and gently poke his chest with my pointer finger as he's sent flying and hits his back against the wall. 

"Y-Young Midoriya!" All Might says to himself. 

I calm down my demonic side by clenching my teeth together and breathing heavily. Luckily, it's not putting up a fight with me and is settled down quickly. 

"N-NORIKO TAKES FIRST PLACE! THE FIRST TIME EVER WINNING ALL THREE PORTIONS!!!" Present Mic screams as everyone else starts to slowly clap. They start to get louder and louder cheering me on. I look around as everyone screams. I look at Aizawa. He smiles and lifts up Eri as she waves at me. I smile and wave back.
