It has been four years since Luca proposed to me and since then we have had 3 more children and four on the way but he doesn't know but I'm going to tell him at our wedding reception. We have Mara the oldest she is now 14 and always moody, then we have Nate who is 4, then the twins Giovanni Ricky Moreno and Ava Emmeline Moreno who are three and then there is Amelia Rose Moreno she is 1 year old.
