Ella pov
Class is over and Ian invited me to go with him. I texted my mom that i'll be at Ian but be back before diner, then she started asking me about Ian and it lasted for 10 minutes.
"Were here" we stop at a really big house. I say house, more like mansion "I didn't know you're rich" he Chuckle at my reaction
"Come on" he lead me inside and the mais started bowing at him "ok respectful" he laugh at me again
He lead me toward his room and all I can is, wow it's so big and spacious it's five times bigger than mine. There's a huge bed, a tv, a table, theres also a window sit and a big closet and a bookshelf full of books
"Welcome to my room" I'm still shock "this is a room more like a mini house all it needs is a kitchen and a bathroom"
"Actualky there is a bathroom in here" ok my bad. I laugh at what I thought "so here's my book collection"
The shelf is 12 feet high and it's full of books "you have more books than I have"
"Well I always buy book whenever I get a chance" I nodded at him. He was showing me his manga collection when a maid knock at the door
"Master Ian diner is ready" oh no diner "let's go and eat"
"I can't, I promise my mom that i'll be home before diner" he look sad
"Really can't yiu stay?" I shake my head "maybe next time I will but not now"
"Ok I understand come on i'll walk you to the door" he walk me to the door, well more like to the gate "I call my parents driver so he can take you home"
"It's ok" he shakes his head "no I won't let you go home alone at night"I didn't argue with him anymore cause I know he'll win
His driver drive me home and when we got there I thank him before going inside.
I went inside, I was shock to see a lot of bags scater around the floor. This only means one thing.
I immediately run to the kitchen and there he is with mom hugging her "Dad!" I shouted getting there attention
He let go of my mom and went to hig me "oh my princess I miss you"
"I miss you too dad" I hug him back "I have a lot of present for you" I already know what it is, dad always get me one thing if he's overseas
"Come with me"he lead me to the living room and get one of his bags. When he open it, I saw a lot of books neatly arrange
"Oh my god thank you dad" I hug him again. Mom call us to the dinning room to eat diner
"So how was school princess?" Dad always want to know what happen in school
"School's fine dad, still in the top place"dad smile at me "that's great, I knew you can do it and without even our help"
Mom and I laugh at him "the teachers don't even call me when I raises my hand to answer their question"
"And why is that?" Dad ask "I don't know, they just told me to give a chance for others"
"Oh that means, you should let the others answer the question, not always you" Ok now I understand
"But princess don't always focus on studies, sometimes you need to have fun"
"But I am having fun, reading books I have so many new books to read"
"No princess what I mean is have fun, like hang out with friends, go to the mall, or watch movies"
"Your dad's right dear, sometimes you just gonna live life" am I not living my life
"Ok i'll try it sometimes" they nodded "well since tomorrow is Saturday let's go to the mall" dad said "sure honey, how about you dear?"ask my mom "ok su-"
I didn't get to finish when someone texted me
Be at my apartment tomorrow at 10 don't be late -Caleb
"Sorry mom but I can't go with you I have a project to do" my parents looks sad "but maybe in the afternoon I can make it"
"Ok then let's go in the afternoon then" we all agree and went back to eating our food.
After were done, dad told us some stories about his time in Australia
"Yeah it was so fun, some of my business partner took me there and it was awesome. I can't believe I didn't know abiut that place before. Maybe in the summrr we can go there"
"Sure/yeah" mom and I said at the same time
"Well I'm going to bed now mom, dad" I kiss them hoth in the cheeks before going to bed.
I took a quick bath and put on my pj's then went to sleep, but before I could even shut my eyes I got another text from someone
I got eyes on you. Better be careful or else your dead -unknown
I know this is not Ian cause I already change his name in ny contact. So who it this. I didn't pay much attention to it at the mean time I'm really sleepy and shut my eyes and let the darkness consume me.
