Caleb pov
It's been two days and still Ella's asleep. I said my sorry to her parents, they said it wasn't my fault but I still feel like it was
I'm in Ella's hospital room right now, looking at her while I hold her hand
"Ella, please wake up. I'm sorry I know this is all my fault. It should've been me in yous state, but thank you that you save me. I would've done the same to you"
I kiss her hand " please wake up. I'm still waiting in that answer. Ella, when you first move in that house I said to myself, that girl is so beautiful. Your beauty is nothing compare to those girls who want to be with me. Your eyes twinkle, your smile widensand you look so happy reading a book. Now I wish I have the same effect on you"
She's still asleep "everyone's waiting for you to wake up Ella. Ian, Jeremy, your parents, and me. We are waiting for you to open your eyes. I know it's only been two days but I feel likenit's been two years. It's killing me everytime I see you lying on this bed and unconscious"
"Ella, I love you. Please wake up" I held her hand tighter and kiss her.
"I love you too, Caleb" I shot on my seat when I heard her voice "you're awake"
"Water" I gave her water and help her drink it "wait here i'll call a doctor"
I went outsude and told the doctor that she's awake. They went to the room and examine her. I texted Ian saying 'she's awake' and he texted back saying they'll be here in 5
"Well everything seems ok, just need more rest ok and don't move too much" she nodded and lay back on the bed
"Are you feeling ok?" I ask her and she nodded "just a little tired"
I held her hand "do you mean what you said earlier?that you love me?"
"Do you think I would catch a bullet for you if I don't?"i smiled at her "don't ever do that again, it's ok if I was to catch the bullet for you"
She nodded at me "fine" she laugh at me, a moment later Ian along with Jeremy and her parents
"Oh my dear you're awake" her mom went to her and hug her same as her dad
"I'm fine mom, dad I just need to rest" they nodded
Her parents brought her food, mostly fruit "Caleb can I talk to you" I got nervous when her dad said that
"Ok sir" her dad and I went outsode the room
"Caleb, you know that Ella is my only daughter and I want what's best for her"
Ok I become more nervous "do you love my daughter?"
"Y-yes sir and I will prove it to you whatever it takes I will do anything for you to accept me"he smiled at me
"Don't worry I already accepted you. You stay with my daughter for two days, you took care of her and I saw the fear on your eyes when they took her to the O.R. I can sense that you really love my daughter"
"Yes sir I really do" he gave me a pat on the back "so I guess a dinner wouldn't be bad?"
"No sir" I smiled at him. Her dad accepted me
We went back inside and Insaw her laughing at what Ian said
"Hey" I sit next to her "will give you guys a moment" everyone left the room leaving only the two of us
"Ella" she look at me "do you have an answer to my question?" She lools confuse
"What question?"seriously "the question"she look at me dumb founded
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes" I look at her shock "what did you say?"
"Yes"
"Yes? As in yes?" She nodded
"That means your my girlfriend now?" She nodded again
"Yes!!" I shouted in delight "thank you"I kiss her forehead
"I love you Ella" I smile at her
"I love you too" I kiss her on her lips, god I love this girl
It's a good thing that I pull away cause after that her dad come inside the room
"I heard you shout" he look at me curious
"Well she said yes to me sir" he look at me confuse
"I ask her to be my girlfriend and she said yes"
"Well that's great" Ella smile at her dad
We were talking when we heard a knock and come inside my parents
"Hi son" my mom hug me and so did dad, they also hug Ella "hi dear, oh you're so beautiful" Ella smile at them
Ella's mom went inside and saw my parents "Shilla, what are you doing here"
"Well I heard from my daughter about what happen, so I came to see, then I saw my son is here" mom look at me
"What are you doing here exactly Caleb?"
"Well mom, Ella's ny girlfriend" she smile at me widely "well that's great then"
"Hy the way Shilla, you said you hears from your daughter about what happen?"
"Oh yeah so when Sofia told me what happen, she also told me to investigate the problem so I went tp the police station to talk with the suspect and I found out that the girl Shane, is involve in drug dealing, so as the guy she's with"
Drug dealin? "Isn't her parents a pastor in a church?" I ask my mom
"Yes and they were very devastated when they found out"
"So they are in jail now" sge nodded at me
"The police found out that Shane and the guy also killed someone because of drug so they will stay in jail for a long time"
Good, nothing can harm Ella now
I look at Ella and smile to her, I grab her hand and kiss it before kissing her forehead
"I love you" I whisper to her "I love you too" she whisper back
