I got home last night when the doctor told my parents that I'm ok now
"You look beautiful" Caleb is in my house right now. I found out that dad invited him to a diner without telling me
"Thank you, you don't look bad yourself" he smiled at me and kiss me in the forehead
"Kids diners ready" mom shouted from the kitchen
We went and Caleb helo me to sit on the chair before he sat on his own
"Oh I never thought I will see the day my daughter will date someone"I stare at mom
"What do you mean Mrs. Cortez?" Caleb ask mom
"Oh please, call be Beia" Caleb nodded at her "well as you know Ella LOVES books so much that she always stay in her room to read, she never go to a party, she only go to the mall to buy school supplies and she never really like anyone"
"Well I guess it's an honor since Ella likes me" Caleb started laughing at me
"Who said I like you?" I ask him "oh yeah you don't like me, you love me" I hit his shoulder in embarrassment
He only laugh at me.
I saw my mom laughing too so as my dad
I can't believe my family is betraying me. I hate Caleb
"Now Caleb, I heard from someone that you use to bully Ella. Care to tell me why you did that?"ha, answer that.
"Well it's the only way I know to get her attention since I don't really have a girlfriend before, I don't know how to hit on a girl"
"ButbI thought your a playboy" where is he getting this impormation
"Well people call me that but it's not true, you can even ask my sister if I ever had a girlfriend or a fling before and I know she will say no"
My dad nodded "so whem did you started liking Ella"
"Well I knew I like her when I first saw her when you guys move here" my dad looks confuse
"Move here?" Caleb nodded "my parents house is just across the road"
"Wait, Shilla just live across us" He nodded at mom " I didn't know that. Well I never see her there"
"Well they aren't always home, sometimes they just stay in their office"
"Oh what hardworking people"
The diner went on until were all finish. Mom's the one who suggested to clean the dishes
Caleb and I went to the garden and sat on the bench
"So" I chuclke at him "what do tou think happen with Shane and Francis?"
"Well my mom said that they are in prison since they're already eighteen years old" I lean to his shoulder and sigh
"What's with the sigh?"
"Well I couldn't think anyone could do those things because of someone" I heard Caleb sigh
"Ella, I'm so sorry. It's my fault that you were shot"Caleb look so sad
"Hey, it's not your fault, we were heading outside, we didn't see her grab a gun, so it's no ones fault" I hold his face in between my hands
"Hey, it's ok let's forget about if now ok"he nodded and hug me "I'm really sorry"
"Hey let's forget about it" he nodded and give another sigh
It's already 7 in the evening and Caleb went home already.
I took a bath and wore my pj's before sleeping.
I'm at the classroom right now while reading a book and next to me is Ian texting someone. I guess it's Jeremy.
While reading three girls approach me and took my book
"Seriously Percy Jacson?,lame" she threw the book somewhere
I was gonna get it when she push me resulting for me to fall on the ground

"Loser" she laugh with her girls
"Hey why are you bullying her?" Ian ask her with cross arms
"Oh look it's the gay dud, what you're gonna kiss me to death?" She laugh again
Ian looks angry "I'm not gonna kiss you to death my my fist will" after that Ian punch her in the face making her stamble back
Students are now watching us. Ian help me up and hid me behind him
"How dare you punch me in the face?" She walk to him and slap him hard and push him to the side
"This is your fault" she pointed at me. She was about to slap me when someone stop her hand
"Who the fu-" she look shock to see Caleb
"Ahm Caleb, this trash puch me in the face" she cling on to him and he quickly remove her hand
He went to Ian and help her up "you ok bro" Ian nodded while massaging his face
He went to me and check my face for any damage "are you ok" I nodded at him
He pit his hand around my shoulder and look at the girls
"What did she do to you, for you to do this?"she lools taken bacl when he ask that
"Ahm Caleb why are you taking their side?"
"Well Ian's my friend and Ella's my GIRLFRIEND" she look shock
"G-girlfriend?" Caleb nodded "take that bitch, now get out of her before my fist eat you for lauch and believe me he's hungry"
The girls immediately went out
"I can't believe you pich her on the face" I said to Ian
"You oinch her on the face?" Ian nodded amd cross his arms "she deserve it"
