It had only been few days since I had met up with Z. We had texted nonstop but I still missed her.
She was coming over tomorrow and I couldn't wait. My family were also out that day so we had the house to ourselves.
I sat impatiently on my sofa, staring at the door and drumming my fingers on the table.
As soon as the doorbell rung I immediately stood up and ran to the door. I stood behind the door for a few seconds before I opened it so I didn't seem too eager.
She stood at the door in a colourful T-shirt and some really cute shorts. She looked amazing but of course I didn't show that I thought that.
"Hey," she said
"Hi, come in," I replied.
A little while later we were chilling on the sofa after watching a film, scrolling through our phones. We were sitting pretty close to each other and from time to time we would show the other what we were looking at.
Most of the things were funny tiktoks or clothes we wanted to buy.
"You would look nice in this," I said, showing her a picture of a cute graphic T-shirt. I tilted the screen towards her and looked for her reaction.
She seemed to agree and looked up at me. Our faces were inches apart and she looked at my lips while biting her own.
I blushed and quickly looked back down at my screen. I could feel her eyes still on me.
"Y/N," she said softly.
"Yeah?" I say pretending to stare intensely at something interesting on my phone.
"Look at me," she said. I blushed and looked at her. The next thing I knew, she kissed me.
It was a quick kiss but the best one I had ever had. I was too shocked to kiss back for a second and she pulled away quickly.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't, I don't know, sorry, I should go, sorry," she stutters. She starts getting up but I pull her back down and kiss her again.
She kisses back almost immediately and after a bit I part my lips and she slips her tongue in. I pull her on top of me and she straddles me.
Just then my family came back home and I jump out from beneath her. Luckily you can't see the couch from the front door so they didn't see anything.
I slide away from Daya and sit on the opposite side of the sofa.
She pulls an upset face but disguises it quickly.
"Z you've already met my family," I say. My brother and his daughter go and greet her and my parents hang back a bit, eyeing her suspiciously.
They greeted her smiling through gritted teeth but didn't say anything.
Once they'd all said hello to Z I suggested going for Chick-Fil-A and invited Ethan and Isabel. They accepted and went to go change.
Once they were gone from view. She shot me a confused, angry look. I responded with an apologetic face and bowed my head. Tears formed in my eyes and Daya immediately wrapped me in a bear hug.
I rested my head on her chest and breathed deeply. She stroked my hair and squeezed me tightly. I sighed and whispered,
"I'll tell you later,"
Once we got there, we were stopped by a lot of fans so we decided to get a take away and eat it in the car.
We chatted away happily, smiles and laughs all around. It was a shame when Z said she had to go home soon and we all said a sad goodbye.
She hugged me for an extra second.
"Text me when you get home," I said.
"Will do," she said.

I smiled at the text and decided to go live on Instagram.
Zendaya was one of the first people to join and it made me smile. She immediately sent a request to join and I fished it out of the other requests to accept it.
When her screen popped up I smiled.
"Hey," I said
"Hey, what's up?"
"Not much, you?"
"Same,"
"Cool,"
We talked for ages. We didn't realise the time and before we knew it the time was 7:42.
"You wanna come round to mine to eat?" She suggested. I chuckled and said yes. The chat spammed with questions if we were a thing or if they could come.
"Why are you laughing?" She asked confused.
"I'll text you," I said.
[Me: it will be our second time seeing each other today!]
"Oh yeah!" She said replying on the live video.
The chat blew up asking what I had said.
Me and Z laughed.
"See you soon then," I said and I ended the live to get ready.
