basically anything that could make you forget it


(honsetly this one i just thought would help cause it helps me)

when your in the middle of a room like, fx. a classroom and you dont really like it:

breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, breathe out for 9 seconds, do that 4 times, and if needed, 3 more
