The car ride back to their houses was silent not awkward just heavy silence with the occasional sniff from Lauren
"Thanks" Lauren whispers before she got out of her car Camila turned the car off and got out handing Lauren her keys
"Do you want me to come up?" Camila asked hoping the broken girl in front of her said yes
"No sorry I think I'll just deal with this alone" Lauren flashed her a small smile before walking onto her porch and inside
"Where have you been!" The voice of Camila's father was the first thing she heard when she walked into her house
"Like you care" Camila rolled eyes and went up the stairs taking two at a time to get to her room
After a hour or so of Camila in bed staring up at the ceiling she hears sobs and sniffs Camila jumped out of bed to find that her window was open luckily
"Lauren!" Lauren turned around and got off her bed once she heard Camila's whisper-yell
"What?" She responded as she wiped her tears away as fast as she could
"Can I come over?" Camila asked ready to jump over to Lauren's room their houses weren't that far apart she could easily make the jump if Lauren's window was open enough which it was
"No Camila just stay over there please" Lauren sniffed before turning around and walked back over to bed
Camila bounced lightly on her feet and backed up jumping over despite Lauren saying no
Lauren almost jumped out of her skin when she felt arms wrap around her she elbowed the person behind her so they would let go they didn't they just lowered down more on her bed so her back was on their chest
"Chill princess it's only me" Once Lauren heard the nickname she calmed down and rested her head on Camila's shoulder closing her eyes
"Why are you here Camila?" Lauren sighed as Camila started to rub her arms
"You're sad I don't like it" Camila answered
"You don't need to be here you know you can leave" Lauren rolled off of Camila onto her side facing her instead
"I want to be" Camila flashed Lauren a small smile she glanced down to Lauren's phone that happened to fall out of Lauren's jeans that she hadn't taken off yet landed in between them a text from Brad popped up

Whatever Lauren I can do way better than you anyway
Camila clenched her jaw and grabbed the phone glaring down at the message
"He's been sending messages like that for the past hour I try to talk to him and ask why but he just gets more mad and says rude stuff" Lauren explained as tears start falling again Camila reaches over and hugged Lauren said girl hugged her back tighter feeling embarrassed at how much she's crying
"Where you in love with him?" Lauren leaned back out of the hug taken back
"What?" Lauren asked
"Where you in love with him?" Once Lauren thought about it she loved Brad as a friend nothing else Brad would smirk at her and it didn't make her heart skip a beat like Camila's did or she didn't smile as wide at his laugh as much as she did at Camila's she also never felt jealous whenever a girl flirted with him but with Camila even though it was wrong of her she got jealous whenever someone would flirt with her omg I'm in love with Camila Cabello Lauren thought
"Well... no Brad was safe and comfortable I loved him like a friend nothing else" Lauren felt fingers under her chin making it tilt up
"Safe from what?" Camila asked her face getting closer
"Safe from the feelings I have for you" Lauren admitted next thing she knew Camila's soft lips where on hers it took Lauren a minute but Lauren kissed back Brads where never like this they were rough and chapped Lauren didn't really like kissing the boy with Camila it felt like she could kiss her forever but she just got out of a relationship she can't do this
"Camila" Lauren sighed at the hurt look at Camila's face
"I know I'm sorry I should just go" Camila got up from Lauren's bed making her way to the window
Next thing Camila knew she was pulled back down onto Lauren's bed and being hugged tightly
"Don't leave please" Lauren whisper Camila sighed and held Lauren back
"I won't I promise" Camila intended to keep that promise
