Lauren groaned as she heard her phone on her bedside table not wanting to get up but doing it anyway

She found a text from Lucy telling her to come over Lucy lived in a pretty rough and dangerous neighborhood Lauren didn't really like going over there by herself but then again she didn't like going anywhere

Lauren typed out a fine and got dressed before closing her door softly and walking downstairs to see her mother watching tv while her dad was in the kitchen making something probably coffee

"Hey mom I'm going over to Lucy's" Lauren said grabbing her shoes

"Okay be safe and I love you" Lauren's mom uses to nag her about how she had to be really safe whenever she went over to that neighborhood and after many begs Lauren's mother stopped her speech's about being safe

Lauren's phone was the last thing she grabbed before racing out the door and making her way

Lauren was almost at Lucy's house when she heard car engines and yelling It's one of those races Lucy told me about and how they're illegal Lauren realized she always wanted to go to one but never did because she didn't know were they where

Lauren rounded a corner of a alleyway and was met with a huge crowd of teenagers and adults alike drinking smoking and yelling some by their cars or motorcycles Lauren looked over the racers nothing supersizing that was until she laid her eyes on

"Camila" Lauren whispered in shock Lauren made her way up into the crowd closer to the racers

Camila was talking to some guy with a bored look on her face by a black motorcycle Lauren didn't know what kind but she guessed it was Camila's

Said Girl was obviously busy she was at least until she turned bored of the talk and made eye contact with Lauren her eyes wide and horrified

"What are you doing" Camila whisper yelled dragging Lauren by the wrist to the back of the crowd

"I was going over to Lucy's" Lauren answered

"You need to go now" Camila demanded looking around worried of something or someone

"Why?" Lauren scoffs

"You're putting a target on you're back by talking to me you need to go or they will come after you " Camila hissed leading Lauren to the end of the alleyway

"Wait who?" Lauren asked obviously confused

"Go I'll watch out for you" Camila looked over her shoulder every direction

"Camila tell me who" Lauren grabbed Camila's face making eye contact

"People you don't want to know now go please" Camila begged before kissing Lauren's nose and pushing her away lightly

"Okay just be careful" Lauren turned and walked away feeling Camila's watch on her she soon soon turned onto a another corner to find Lucy's house

"She's got a girl boss what should we do with her" A dark tall man said into his earpiece 

"You'll just have to see" A raspy voice came through the earpiece
