I immediately ended the call because I don't want to be more stressed of her stupid excuses! My phone rang and I checked, there is a text from her saying she's sorry.

Hay nako Yuki. Parang ikaw ata sisira ng buong plano ko, jusko!

"Your parents got killed?" kuwestyon ni Amber na nakapag agaw pansin sakin. She doesn't know? "Di mo alam?"

Lumingo lang sya at nanatiling tahimik. Habang ako ay curious kung bakit di niya alam? It was all over the news when it happened. "Ang sabi sa balita dati dahil lang daw sa accident sa bahay nyo. May pumutok daw na appliances nyo, they said it wasn't murder." agad na sabi ni Amber ng mapansin nyang litong-lito ako.

These past few days I kept thinking of Yuki. I don't know why, maybe because of her last name. The Galherme's.

Nag ring yung cellphone ko while nag dadrive ako pauwi, I did not even dared to see who was calling I just immediately amswered it while being focused on the road.
