First ranking announcement

I could barely sleep after what happened last night, but it's the first ranking announcement and I'm really nervous.

I looked at my phone and realized that Mamamoo-sunbaenims added me into their group chat and sent a message too.

Solar:

Good luck on the ranking announcement Hana-ssi! We're watching it live ;)

Hana:

 Thank you sunbaenim! I will do well!!

Hwasa:

Don't break a leg, like actually because the chairs are in high places XD

"Ugh you're lucky!" Wonyoung pouted, "Now you are friends with Mamamoo-sunbaenims!"

"Don't be jealous! Let's get ready!" I told her.

When we got there, MC Lee immediately started to name the ranking.

"55th, Cho Gahyun! 54, Park Jieun!"

My palms were sweating already, as we were getting into the top 50 and my chances were getting lower. Alex from our dorm placed 50th so I'm very happy but last time I checked my online rankings, I was 53rd.

"43rd, HOW entertainment trainee Wang Ke!"

I was shocked, Wang Ke is my friend since we sit together at lunch but she placed 34th at the online rankings, so I didn't expect for her to drop in ranking.

"Cheer up Hana! You'll be fine!" Wonyoung comforted me.

"Easy for you to say unni! You ranked 4th on the online rankings!" 

When he got to 41st, He called out Yamada Noe, who was sitting beside me. She jumped up like a spring and started dancing on the spot.

"Oh my Noe..." I laughed, she was really the human vitamin.

"In 34th place, a trainee from AKB48 subunit in Akihabara with 73,082 votes..." He began.

"It could be me or Erii..." I whispered to Wonyoung.

"AKB48 Takano Hana!" 

"YEEE!" I jumped up, with just as much excitement as Noe.

"YASSSSS GO HANA!" Nayoung yelled.

"Wow, that scared me." MC Lee said.

"Sorry, I'm just very excited that I moved up a lot!" I beamed at him, still bouncing up and down.

I walked to my seat and high fived Minyoung, who was 35th.

Luckily, our entire team made it, Erii surprisingly move up too which I was happy about. Wonyoung ended up 2nd, just 16 votes away from Sakura who was first.

We got back to the dorm buildings, happy that no one from our dorm has to leave.

Moonbyul's POV:

We just finished watching the live rankings, I found Hana's reaction to her ranking really cute.

"Byulie-unni! We should meet up with Hana soon." Wheein suggested.

"Should I call her?"

"Yeah! Come on, don't be shy!" Solar started shaking me back and forth.

"Ok ok fine! Here we go!" I dialled her number and started calling her, she picked up surprisingly fast.

"Moonbyul-sunbaenim?" She replied with her really shy and cute voice, I blushed a little at the fact that she already saved my name under my number because I haven't saved her's yet.

"Hi Hana, so if you're free this weekend, do you want to meet up with us? We're going to see Gonjiam haunted asylum?"

"Sure! What kind of movie is that? I'm not familiar with Korean movies yet, is it like Love forecast?" She replied and I feel my heart beating fast again, the way she doesn't know that it's a horror movie is just really cute.

"Anieyo! It's a horror movie, but it's not that scary!" I replied, trying to hide my smile.

"Mmm, ok! Call me when you are ready to pick me up! I'm free all day!"

"Ok, see you tomorrow!"

"Bye sunbaenim!"

"You are so awkward with her ugh!" Solar teased me after I hung up. Well, I just met her yesterday but I always feel shy around her. I don't get how she is different from other teenage girls.
