Solitary confinement was just a mere two words that swept through my ears. Just a small bug that would only bug my thoughts.

Just like the centipede penetrating through the ghoul's ears.

First, an uncountable set of legs came through my eyes foreseeing the walls. I could only depict walls painted in gray, the main color my eyes bore at. Apart from the looming fortress of dullness was a lone dimly lit light laying at the middle of the minuscule ceiling, glowing just bright enough for the pupils to gorge in the graffiti of crimson stains and carvings of claws.

Otherwise, everything was nearly pitch black although right in front of myself I could interpret a silhouette of a drawled 'help me' where it's edges wore dried streams of an unknown bile sliding against the wall, down to a nest of cobwebs.

I wish the light never existed so these deathly horrors would become harmless. Rather I would wallow six feet deep in a pool of darkness than turn around to see the shadow mockingly reflect my hunched shoulders and slouched spine.

Why wasn't I blind? Therefore the darkness could seal the windows to my soul. Lack of sight could shield the elongated insect's invasion.

However, according to the Holy Bible, there are many ways to expel a spirit into heaven and so does a demon's entrance to a soul.

Too assist my previous claim, each inhale through my nostrils lures the centipede near my nose.

It carries the foul stench of iron, the exact same iron I scented when my brother was wheeled to an ambulance.

As its antennas tickle and poke around, incomes the faint stench of dried urine and feces emitting from the fungi infested toilet that neighbors me, only mere centimetres dividing us.

Stringent antennas coil themselves around each and every bit of my nose hairs only to twist and tear them while stuffing each breathe with a poisonous conjuration of bodily fluids.

At first my nose wrinkled in disgust, later on became tolerable as each breathe nullified the stench more and more.

Time in juvenile was already vague however ceased to exist upon the island of dystopia. The only sense of time conducted were from the beacon of light flickering to life after some hours of slumber.

These hours of pitch darkness finally sealed the glass planes, veiled the curtains, and warped the sinister thoughts to unconsciousness; resulting into sleep being the least antagonizing phenomenon, although the slab of icy concrete forced my legs and back to tuck into a fetal position.

And when I woke up it was the identical pose just the small difference of sitting instead of lying. Crawling pairs of a never ending dysphoria, it climbs to my back, clamping its fangs onto the paper thin skin.

Figures that only a few ticks pass as I spot that creature upon my thigh. Stings of flu shots spike though my right leg as it chomps around my muscles, then moving onto the next dish to it's buffet.

Glands of poison burst and soar through my veins. Striking like lightning, centipede's venom rapidly entwines my limbs, seeing how sore muscles spiraled to fatigue due to the confined space.
