Ryujin and Chaeryeong sat on the stairs in front of their school. The school had just ended and they decided to stay after, only by a few minutes before they decide to head home together.
"So, when do you plan on asking Yuna out?" Chaeryeong spoke up, glancing at Ryujin as she watched Ryujin choke on her drink.
"Excuse me?" Ryujin looked up at Chaeryeong with confused and nervous eyes. Chaeryeong just rolled her eyes. "You're really stupid, aren't you?" she scoffed.
Ryujin just shrugged, "I.. don't understand.. what you're talking about." she sat up, taking a sip from her water.
"Tell me. Why didn't guys show up yesterday?" Chaeryeong looked away from Ryujin and stared at the sky.
Ryujin just kept her eyes on Chaeryeong.
"I-I.. we uh- Monday.. Yuna had came over my house.. and she stayed the night.. and uh- yesterday.. she said we could skip for the day.." Ryujin held her head down, blushing profusely.
Chaeryeong nodded, her eyes still above her. "Is that all?"
Ryujin nodded quickly, she had thought Chaeryeong couldn't see her but she responded. "Are you lying right now, Ryujin?" Chaeryeong turned to look at her shorter girl with an intimidating glare.
Ryujin was very much intimidated so she sighed before replying, "Fine.. we both confessed and.. kissed.. then we slept.. not in that way! Then she suggested we stay home for tomorrow.." she looked away.
Chaeryeong just stayed silent. Ryujin noticed the silence and quickly turned her head to her friend, only to find her smiling widely.
"I knew that wasn't all!" Chaeryeong cheered. Ryujin raised an eyebrow, "How could you tell, hm?" she smirked.
Chaeryeong laughed, "Both of your eyes when you look at each other, more skinship.. so much that I can't even explain, Shin. You really, really need to ask her to be your girlfriend."
"And no, you aren't dating. Saying I love you is confessing, have any of you actually asked the question yet?" Chaeryeong raised an eyebrow.
Ryujin froze, just staring up at Chaeryeong. "No but I- how do you know all of this and yet.. you aren't dating anybody, or haven't dated anybody yet?"
"I have sisters.. I eavesdrop once in a while, especially on Chaeyeon. Her and her girlfriend, Sakura's relationship went the same way with as you and Yuna's, trust me. You guys just need to ask that question." Chaeryeong stood up.
"W-W-Where are you going?" Ryujin stood up, looking at Chaeryeong with a confused look. "I'm going home, you coming?" Chaeryeong turned back to her older friend with a smile.
"That was the plan, idiot." Ryujin pushed Chaeryeong slightly before they began walking off.
