Newts POV

I woke up in the medhut, blankets surrounding my body as I rolled onto my back. I immediately panicked. I wasn't supposed to be here. I had jumped! I was supposed to be dead! Why wasn't I dead! My body starts thrashing on the bed, angry that I was still alive.

Suddenly a figure runs through the door and runs up to the side of the bed. I'm moving around to much to see who it is, but I don't really care at the moment. The figure grabs my arms, trying to pin them to the bed as it shouts for Clint and Jeff, but my hand flies up, smacking them in the face hard. A small screech of pain comes from the person as they fall to the floor, and a few seconds later two more figures come running through the door.

They run up to me, successfully pinning my flailing limbs to the bed. "Newt calm down! Stop your going to hurt yourself," Jeff snaps. After a few minutes of me struggling against them my thrashing ceases, and I actually focus on who's around me.

I'm panting and my eyes are darting around, wanting to know how I got back. I see Clint and Jeff, but after a minute of making sure I've calmed down, Clint turns around, mumbling something under his breath as he runs over to the figure still on the ground.

"Hey are you ok? What happened," he mumbles, putting his hands on the persons shoulders. His back was blocking the person from my sight, but I can see their arms are raised up to cover something on their face.

"Ya I'm fine. He freaked out, and accidentally smacked me," the voice whispers, and that's when I realize it's a feminine voice. There's only one girl in the glade, and that's (Y/n), and my body immediately fills with guilt.

"Here come on," I hear Clint tell (Y/n) while he helps her stand up. "Hey Jeff. I'm gonna go get Alby, and help her. You stay here with him," he tells the other boy still standing by my cot. Jeff gives him a sharp nod and then Clint directs (Y/n) out of the room, holding onto her arm.

Time Skip

Once I was given a long and concerned wake up lecture from Alby and Minho, they finally leave me alone. I lay in my cot, staring up at the ceiling just replaying everything that had happened in the last three hours. After a few minutes of thinking, my stomach growls, and I start to fidget on the bed.

As if in cue, (Y/n), the extremely sweet but shy girl walks through the door. She had shown up in the box a week ago, and all of the fifteen boys were fairly surprised.

"Hey Newt," she whispers shyly, carrying something in her hand. I immediately sit up on the bed, trying to ignore the pesky cast wrapped around my leg.

"Hi (Y/n)," I say, remembering what I did earlier. "I'm sorry about earlier. I didn't mean to hurt you, I just freaked out," I mumble sadly, looking at her approaching figure.

"You don't need to be sorry. I can only imagine what you've been through in the past few days," she says, sitting down on the stool next to my cot.

We sit in silence for a minute, me staring at her sadly and her keeping her head down avoiding my gaze. "Oh I Uh- I brought you something to eat," she mumbles quickly, setting a plate of food in my lap. I look down to see some carrots and a ham and cheese sandwich.

"Thanks," I reply quietly, picking up the sandwich and taking a bite.

"So how have you been feeling," she asks, glancing down at my casted leg. I stare blankly at my leg, not answering her. "Shuck I'm sorry. You probably don't want to talk about that. I'll just go," she says quickly, standing up.

"No I didn't mean-" I try to stop her, but she cuts me off.

"No it's fine. Sorry for asking. I'm just gonna leave now," she tells me. Before I can say anything else to stop her she runs out of the room, her hair flying behind her.
