After defeating Lovecraft, Chuuya asked Dazai to bring him back to the extraction point. 

Although he did not, did you see this smile when he knows Chuuya wasn't looking?

It was a genuine smile, a soft side of Dazai he only shows Chuuya when he thinks he can't see him. I can't say I would be able to produce a smile like that in front of someone I dislike.

From this scene, we can conclude that Dazai did not just immediately leave Chuuya behind. The blood on his face was gone. Dazai probably wiped his face while he slept. He also folded his coat properly and found his hat. 

Would you do that for someone you hate? Smile at them as if you're in love when they're asleep, fold their clothes, help retrieve something important to them?

Kouyou basically said: thanks for your (Chuuya's) hard work retrieving Q, and that Chuuya used to be that small like Q (well he still is). 

She also mentioned "both of you are not cute anymore, I guess people do change," She meant Dazai and Chuuya.

^^^In the last panel, Chuuya forgot his coat and Kouyou found this sewed on it. 

It says "You're just a hat rack", and we all know who put it there. Man, Dazai really took his time after the mission to sew it onto his coat, isn't it full of love~

Kouyou: Guess somethings didn't change after all
