After laying in bed for awhile I knew I had to get up Margot would be home from school soon. she  be wondering where I am, I need to talk to Jason no matter what happens.

"Hey you ok love " klaus ask

I looked at him as he laid in bed "yeah I'm okay, I just need to think about everything "
"What is there to think about I love you, you love me and we have a daughter a true family. we could have everything we ever dream Of "

"It's not that easy Nik I was in love with you for 1000 years. you broke my heart and I know that you've tried to explain it but it still hurts even after nearly 18 years. I can't jump back into a relationship as quick as I used to when we used to fight Because right now I have a 17-year-old who has trust issues in men, I can't put her in the crosshairs of us breaking up again. I need to think smart I'm not saying this because I regret was happened between us I don't. I've just turned back into the Zoella that needs to do right by her daughter "I said as I put my shirt and clothes back on

He looked at me I could tell that he was upset that we couldn't just go back to how are used to be but it's not how we are any more times have changed I have responsibilities now

"I understand your worries and your doubts about me, I know that Margot is your first priority. I get that because her and hope are mine. so you take as much time as you need because I'm going to be there because I love you"

He laughed at me "that's easy you just tell that we are rolling around in bed for nearly 3 hours "he said it like it was just normal

I hit his chest "That is not funny you've told them that you walked around the grounds I am going to tell them I needed a break after my little chat with both you and Jason. we are not telling anyone that we slept together because that is the last thing Margot needs to imagine, what about your family, your here for a relationship with your daughter not to get back into my bed. Elijah will be so disappointed "I said with a smug smile on my face

"I have made Elijah disappointed all my life. I don't think you care about this one but I do understand what you mean. the last thing we need is there a judge looks" he move to kiss me

"Everything is gonna be fine, just take it as slow as you want it. I love you always and forever "he said as he walked out the door how can one man make me so confused

As I walked back to the main house I wasn't ready for everyone's questions but thankfully it was just Katherine sat at the kitchen counter

" hey K are you okay"

" yeah where have you been gone for ages"

"I just want to clear my hand after you no klaus and Jason. I didn't need everyone's questions are you ok  " I asked her again

"I don't know something is wrong with me and you're the only person I trust I'm scared, I don't get scared "

As I move closer to her "hey whatever it is you can tell me, just take a deep breath okay you we are a team so what's going on"

"Well after of course the cure got stuck down my throat by Elena, you turned me immortal so I am a human but I've got senses make me think that something bad is coming. I don't know what it is but that's not all, what I'm feeling I've had these before I'm feeling sick and tired and moody I think I'm pregnant"

I couldn't believe my ears is that even possible who am I kidding course it's possible "oh my God Kat you could be your mum this is great news, why are you so scared Tom loves you "

I've known Katherine too long she's not scared about telling anyone that she is expecting a child so there has to be more

She looked at me "I had a baby before your beautiful little girl, who I didn't even get to hold and then she died because of me. I don't deserve to be a  mum because I would miss this child up but then when you told me you were pregnant I thought maybe I could just be the fun auntie. then I met Tom and he had a little girl and she became my child and I thought yeah I can do this but now I could be pregnant with my own child, I don't want to mess this child up like I messed nadia up I don't know what to do "

"Hey you did not miss that little girl up  that was down to your father, who ripped the child away from you. you have been an incredible mum to Lucy, she's not even biologically yours but that didn't stop you from caring you are a great role model to Margot. she loves you more than anything, I am so proud to know that my family line brought you into this world because you're amazing. you've had your ups and downs, you were scared little girl who became scary to protect yourself from the world you are never a bad person. if you are pregnant this is gift and you are going to be incredible and you're not alone, you helped me so  I'm going to help you, you just need to have faith in yourself I'm sure I have some pregnancy tests in the house"

"Why do you have pregnancy tests in the house "

"Well It may of been a very long time ago but are used to have really bad periods I got used to go late a lot and so when Jason and I were in a relationship their was a time I thought I was pregnant you ready to take the test"

She nodded her head and we walked upstairs to the bathroom. I gave us some privacy and she let me in

"five minutes to tell me. if I'm going to be a mum I don't wanna mess this up "

I looked at her "you're not going to mess it up you're going to be incredible that child is a very lucky one everything is going to be okay I promise you "

As my timer on my phone went off I just looked at her" are you ready" she just sat there looking at the test she couldn't move "do you want me to do for you "I asked her she nodded

"I can't do it just tell me "she looked at me in the eyes and moved over to the test and picked it up

I smiled "you're pregnant kat you're going to be a mum

She got the biggest smile in the world "I'm going to be a mum "pulling me into a hug
