This Story is about Mowgli in Jungle Book. I have copied this story from a book

One day, while Bagheera, The panther, was returning from his hunting, he saw a strange sight. A boat had capsized in the river that ran through the jungle. Tiny wails were coming from a basket inside the boat. To his astonishment, Bagheera realized that it was a MAN - CUB !!

He carefully carried the bundle and left it near a wolf family that had just littered.

After a few curious sniffs, the wolves warmly welcomed the little Man - Cub into their family. Ten times the rains had come and gone, and Mowgli, as the little boy was called, was a great favourite with the wolf cubs. Mowgli loved his wolf family very much.

Bagheera was pleased to see how happy Mowgli was in his adopted home. But Bagheera knew that the day would come when Mowgli would have to return to his own kind.
One night, the wolf elders called a meeting at council rock.

Their leader told them that the fierce tiger Shere Khan had returned to their part of the jungle. Shere Khan intended to kill Mowgli, fearing that he would grow up to be a hunter.

The elders decided that Mowgli would have to leave the jungle for his own safety. Bagheera knew that Mowgli loved the jungle too much.
