Mowgli had to agree that Baloo's life sure was a lot of fun and they enjoyed it. Suddenly, Mowgli's peaceful ride came to an end, when he rudely snatched right off Baloo's stomach by some monkeys." We want to take you to our leader," they cried.
Soon Mowgli found himself in front of King Louie, An orangutan, Who wanted to become a man.

He hoped that Mowgli would be able to teach him the secrete of making fire. Mowgli said that he didn't know such secrete. Meanwhile, Baloo and Bagheera had been wondering how they could rescue Mowgli from the clutches of the Monkey. Baloo hit upon an idea. He disguised himself as an ape and burst through the door, dancing and singing. he look funny indeed!

King Louie grabbed him by the hand, and together they moved across the courtyard, swinging each other this way and that. Meanwhile, Bagheera kept trying to rescue. but everytime he got close, Mowgli danced out of reach.

Somehow, Mowgli, Baloo and Bagheera managed to escape into the jungle.

After they put Mowgli to bed, Baloo got a mouthful from Bagheera that night. " Do you really think he can survive in the jungle ? " asked Bagheera.
After a long time, Baloo reluctantly agreed that the Man - Village was indeed the safest place for the boy to stay.
