"Ready to order?"

The words escaped my lips before I could even reach their table. The bodyguard looked up from his menu and gave me a smile, nodding once. He closed his menu and waited until I stood in front of him with my little notebook and pen at hand,

"I'll have a large latte with a grilled cheese sandwich,"

He said looking up with a smile on his face. I couldn't help but notice the little dimple that became present on his left cheek. I couldn't help but have a one percent chill run down my spine since he had his head tilted back a little to look up to me.

It was evident that I had never come across black eyes like his. Sure people had normal black eyes but his type of black was unique almost. It was hard to define it. I sucked in a breath and smiled back, eyes falling on the small notebook.

I quickly scribbled down his order and faced Mr Mysterious. I stared at his beauty, my mind screaming at him to take off his glasses off and look me in the eye but alas it didn't happen. All he did was continue to stare out the window. The dimpled bodyguard chuckled nervously,

"I'm sorry about him,"

I attention went back to the bodyguard, seeing him give Mr Mysterious a pointed look. He gritted his teeth together and spoke,

"Dante... say what you want. She's waiting,"

So Mr Mysterious has a name. Dante. My mind sang. My eyes fell on him again, seeing him now look my way. I held in a breath clearly not expecting the following. He raised his hands mid-air, proceeding to take off his sunglasses. Fuck finally!

I could feel my heart pound with each second it took for him to take them off. Once the item was off his face, he folded it and placed it in front of him. He then folded his arms and placed them on the table, finally lifting his head up to meet eyes with me.

In this moment, I was one hundred percent sure that I was frozen. He was the beautiful definition of medusa. His chestnut brown hair became a soft golden color from the sunlight. It looked super fluffy, so fluffy that I wanted to comb a hand through it.

My eyes fell on lips but it was only for a millisecond. Literally no longer than that. Since I had practically no time to stare and drool over them, I concluded it to being hella kissable. Whoever his girlfriend was, she hit the billion dollar jackpot.

Fuck the billion!

The voice in my head said. Whoever she was she had clearly hit the jackpot was worth more than a billion. The reason why my attention wasn't on his lips was because of his eyes. His eyes were the most astounding shade of amber.

It was that kind of amber that once you lock onto it, you can't pull yourself out. It was a breathtaking sight to come across and one that I would never regret falling into. To simply put it, it was captivating. It was that amber. He raised one of this eyebrows, lips parted a little,

"You lost sweet cheeks?"

Deep husky words escaped making me shiver visibly. I blinked once. Twice. Three times. Four even and I still couldn't get over how deep the words rolled off his tongue. The corner of his mouth tugged upwards, repeating the random pet name he gave,
