Name: Donquixote D. Rosalyn - meaning 'White Rose' which connect to the white patches of the Amber Lead disease. Derived from both Rosinante's name as well as a real life female doctor, who won the Nobel Prize for Philosophy or Medicine, called 'Rosalyn Sussman Yalow'. Gets the 'D' from her mothers name. Her last name also obviously comes from her father though she tends not to use it for self protection.

Devil Fruit: Mindo Mindo no Mi / Mind Mind Devil fruit.

Background:

Rosalyn is the only daughter or Donquixote Rosinante and her mother who lived in Flevance (Where Law was born) and contracted the Amber Lead disease without knowing and passed it on to Rosalyn when she was born. Like Law, Rosalyn managed to evade the soldiers who came to wipe out the people in Flevance but didn't get picked up by Doflamingo after escaping. Rosalyn escapes with her mother after hiding under corpses like Law and then climbing in a barrel that was cast out to sea so the soldiers wouldn't suspect anything. They eventually got to dry land and were forced to hide they're face's because of the white marks from the disease. All the hospitals refuses to take them in and any doctors turned them away after seeing the marks. Rosalyn's mother who had the disease for longer was slowly dying and Rosalyn could do nothing as she watched her mother die a slow and painful death with a not much different future herself. Rosalyn's mother found the Mindo Mindo no Mi / Mind Mind Devil Fruit and forced Rosalyn to eat it after finding out what kind of fruit it was and theorised that she would be also to use it to slow the spread of the disease in her own body using her psychic abilities, instead of eating it herself. Rosalyn was forced to watch her mother die from the disease and she vowed to get stronger like her father and become a doctor who would treat anyone, no matter the disease, unlike those who turned away from her and her mother. She ultimately became a solo pirate who always hid her face and figure because of the white marks from the Amber Lead disease so nobody knows what she looks like or even her gender but she can be identified by her black feathered cape that was once her fathers and her twin swords. Favouring to fight with one in hand and use her devil fruit to float the spare. She and her mother kept in touch with her father after they left their home town through a Den Den Mushi he left them and her mother didn't tell him about what happened to them because she didn't want to worry him over her unavoidable death. Her father stopped contact after he was killed by Doflamingo and Doflamingo found out that his brother had a child by chance when he called the Den Den Mushi and Rosalyn's mother picked up, only to cut the call when Doflamingo answered but by that time it was too late and he already knew. He didn't know where they were so they were safe however.

Rosalyn's Devil fruit, the Mind Mind fruit, gives her telekinetic and psychic abilities. Able to move things with her mind and fly, giving the illusion she has a wind based devil fruit is she so wished. able to speak to someone without opening her mouth. Share memories or tell if someone was lying. And slow/stop the speed of the disease in her own body before it kills her but still has the effects of the disease that had already spread to a dangerous point by the time she learned how to halt its progress. She can also stop blood flow from wounds. She can convince people that they are not in pain and hide her own pain, but when she releases this ability, the pain comes back full force.

Even though her devil fruit is different to Law's and can't to the same things when it comes to treating patients, she can also do her fair share of amazing things making her a very successful doctor.

Rosalyn might get her father's black feathered cape from either one he had left behind or from Sengoku who knew about Rosalyn's mother. He himself knowing about the Amber Lead disease being non contagious and didn't tell anyone about them being alive, assuming that they would eventually die from the disease eventually anyway so he doesn't realise who Rosalyn is when she becomes a pirate when she grows up.

Because Doflamingo finds out about Rosalyn and her mothers existence, though not knowing who or where they are, because he knows that he has a niece, he tries to find them over the years but doesn't have anything to go off. 

Rosalyn can inherit her father's clumsiness but perhaps not as bad as his was and she may smoke like he did when she is feeling particularly stressed. Often saying when people tell her that smoking kills is that 'I'll choose the way I die', referring to her Amber Lead disease and dying in general. Being strong and lucky enough to choose her own death unlike her parents.

This kind of sounds like her foreshadowing self sacrifice later on though. We can work with that.

Since the Amber Lead disease is currently incurable to everyone but Law, because of his devil fruit, it will depend on Law to cure her Amber Lead disease and stop the fits of pain she'll get from it. Before knowing who she is though and getting to know her, Law would probably want something in return for treating her.

Should I have them interact before Sabaody or have them first meet there? Or first see her face or proof that she has Amber Lead disease?

Roselyn could use pain killers like how Nicolas uses them in GANGSTA where it numbs the pain in her body so she can fight without restraint. This can numb the pain caused by the amber lead disease and also wounds that are inflicted after ingestion.
