Marinette pulled her curls into a ponytail, sighing. Their class trip was to New York and that's where they were. She would be forever grateful that her miraculous blocked monsters from tracking her scent.  Today they were touring the Empire State Building which translated to Marinette, Nino, and Chloe paying attention and everyone else fawning over Lila's new story. Marinette grabbed her mini backpack which had Tikki in it and tied a black sweater around her waist. She was wearing a dark red cropped t-shirt, high waisted baggy jeans and dark red high-topped converse. She exited her hotel room and texted her friends to let them know she's getting breakfast. Chloe and Nino responded saying they were already downstairs waiting to leave.

Marinette arrived in the hotel lobby and spotted Chloe and Nino sitting in a chair and leaning against a wall respectively. She bounded over to them with a smile and said, "Good morning!"

Chloe responded, "Hey Nettie, lookin good today!" As she stood up, Marinette got a full view of her outfit. Chloe was wearing an orange cropped tank top with a slight v neck, a yellow cropped cardigan, slightly baggy jeans and white platform sandals. Her white purse was slung over her shoulder and white square-framed sunglasses rested on her hair, which was down and wavy. Marinette let out a low whistle as she looked her friend up and down, making the blonde smirk.

Nino rolled his eyes and walked over to give Marinette a side hug and say, "Morning Mari."

Marinette replied with a beaming smile and analyzed Nino's outfit. Black jeans, a gray t-shirt and a green jacket with a turtle on the back, paired with Nike air forces. The blue haired girl appreciated her friends' fashion sense more than many things in life. She was just so glad her friends had style and taste rather than wearing the same thing everyday.

The trio chatted for awhile about random things, conversation interrupted when Caline Bustier called out, "Bustier's class! Bus is here, come line up to leave!" Marinette and her friends walked over to their class, standing at the back of line.

The class boarded the bus, all taking their seats. Bustier did a quick head count, confirming everyone was on the bus and told the driver that they could go. About 30 minutes later, the bus pulled up in front of the Empire State Building. The bus doors opened and the eager students piled out, gawking at the large building and taking pictures. Marinette could practically hear Lila spinning a lie before her mouth even opened. By now, they had made it into the building and gotten situated with their tour guide.

Lila said, "You know, the CEO of Athenian Architecture is one of my best friends! She's like a sister to me!" Marinette rolled her eyes, Chloe grumbled under her breath and Nino quietly groaned in exasperation. "Her boyfriend, the youngest Olympic swimmer, is also super close to me! I could totally set up a meeting for you Kim!"

"Really Lila? Thanks so much!" Kim exclaimed, smiling at Lila. A familiar voice caught Marinette's attention, snapping her head to the noise she spotted Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson, saviors of Olympus, trekking their way through the lobby of the Empire State Building with a bag of freeze pops in Percy's arms.

The couple felt eyes on them and they locked gazes with Marinette. Percy's face broke into a large, goofy grin. He threw the bag of ice pops into one arm and sprinted over to Marinette. The bluenette was instantly knocked to the floor as Percy's much heavier body collided with hers at full force.

"Perseus get the Hades off of me now or I will skin you and feed you to the furies!" Marinette shouted, attempting to shove Percy of her.

"You can try." He replied. Annabeth stalked over and pulled Percy up with one hand, helping Marinette with the other. Annabeth pulled Marinette into a hug, stepping back after a moment to allow Percy a hug as well. His was bone crushing and knocked the wind out of Marinette.

"We missed you so much Nettie!" Percy cheered.

"He's right. You should come visit camp more often,"  Annabeth said.

"Yeah I know, I'll stop by before we leave pinky promise," Marinette agreed, holding a pinky out to the blonde girl who accepted instantly.

Someone cleared their throat, bringing Marinette's attention to her classmates.

"Marinette, who are your friends?" Miss Bustier asked.

"Annabeth Chase ma'am, this is Percy Jackson," Annabeth said, holding a hand out to the auburn haired teacher and gesturing to her boyfriend, now snacking on a blue ice pop.

"Oh my god! You're the CEO of Athenian Architecture!" Max exclaimed in shock, making everyone stare in wonder on how she knows Marinette.

"And you're the youngest Olympic swimmer!" Kim shouted, mouth agape.

"Why don't you guys say hi to your friend, Lila Rossi?" Alya asked, already recording for her blog.

"Who's Lila Rossi? Annabeth do we know a Lila Rossi?" Percy asked, finishing his ice pop.

"No we don't, Perce. Sorry it looks like your friend lied to you," The daughter of Athena replied to both Alya and Percy.

Everyone began to think and Alya started looking up everything Lila said. Her shock was clearly shown and her classmates looked things up themselves. Everyone turned to Lila, yelling. Few were in tears, most were talking about how their futures are now potentially ruined. Marinette hugged Annabeth and Percy before they left up to the 600th floor. The bluenette had never been more satisfied than now, Lila wasn't a big deal. She definitely had to pay camp a visit soon.
