His face became a blushing mess. He closes his eyes and looks away before speaking up
Akiri: W-who are you? What are you doing here?
???: Oh? They told you they would have someone keeping an eye on you right?
He speaks up while still having his eyes closed
Akiri: Okay, but why are you dressed like that?
???: So that you would be excited to stay. I've heard that men likes this sort of things.
Akiri: Could you please put on some proper clothes so that we can talk like normal human beings
???: Oh? You don't like it huh? Perhaps you're not into women
Akiri: I am into women. Just not when they suddenly appear in front of me naked
???: But I'm not naked

The blue haired girl has put on some more proper clothing and sat on one of the two beds, Akiri then sat on the other one next to it. He then begins to speak
Akiri: So you're supposed to keep an eye on me?
???: Yup! My name is Tatenashi Sarashiki
Akiri: Okay, but why are you in my room?
Tatenashi: Isn't it obvious? I'm your roommate
Akiri: Why?
Tatenashi: So that I can keep a very close eye on you
Akiri: *sighs* I didn't expect it to be this close. But are you okay with being in the same room with me?

He says sarcastically
