At this point only Carlos knew and my mom well had
It has been 2 years since I found out I had leukemia
I stopped going to chemotherapy and decided to just take the medicine from home. These years have been the worst for me. Too many problems have passed, mostly now that my mom had passed. I have no parents now only my brother. This summer is the year I have to prepare myself for college and my future. I have decided to tell everyone I'm going away this summer to go back to chemotherapy before it gets worse. From there I'll study and make myself steady and responsible for the upcoming fall classes, but before I told them we still had to tell watched other where we have decided to study.
Saturday June 18:
"Okay guys who will go first?" Destiny says
"Well I think the smartest one should go last, so we can see what try hard school they are going to" Giovanny says and everyone looks at me
"Guys I'm not that smart" I roll my eyes
"Sureeeeee buddy" everyone laughs
I'm going to miss this
"Okay how about we go in order clock wise starting with Destiny, leaving me last since you guys say I'm smart" I giggle
Everyone laughs and agrees
"Okay so I'm very passionate of where I chose to go, since I want to major in business! I'm surprised I got in since it's private" she smiles
"I'm going to...Pepperdine University!!!!!"
"AHHHHH" I get up and hug her
"I'm so proud of you destiny!"
"Thanks" she hugs me back
"NEXT"
"Okay so everyone knows I'm a SoCal person right" Giovanny says
"Well I got accepted to one of my dream universities... California State University, Fullerton!!!!"
"Ayeee that's my bro!" Carlos and alex high five him
"Okay my turn... so I'm very proud of myself not going to lie" Samantha said
"Same" Devyn also said
"Wait whats happening?" I say confused
"WE ARE GOING TO NYU!!" They scream
"What! No way that's amazing" everyone hugs them
"We are going to miss you!"

"And I'm down to two and these two have always been my dream universities, but I had to choose and I chose... UCLA!"

"Um yeah... okay so same I was accepted to my two dream universities since I was in middle school and I chose" I looked at alex
"I CHOSE UCLA!" I smile
"Yay sis I remember when mom bought you the school merch haha" he hugged me
