I'm walking around I'm kinda new to Texas oh by the way my names tomika young and I'm 15 i head to the skatepark with my board
?: watch out this park is no place for a girl
T: well I'm here aren't I
?: don't go on the ramp it's too dangerous

I headed towards the ramp I did a few tricks a lot of people were looking at me since I was the only girl and I was better than a lot of the guys I was doing flips,turning the board,and jumping up and down all without a helmet a few people were recording when I was done I went up to the guy
T: and you said I couldn't do it
Everyone oohed
?: I-I stand corrected
T: ya think
I skated away when I got home my brothers high fived me
T: why so nice
They showed me the video of me skateboarding and the guy he's cute but he probably has a girlfriend
THE NEXT DAY
Freddys POV
I can't get that girl out of my head I was at my locker when I heard
?: hi can you show me to the principals office
F: sure
I turned around and it was her
?: oh hey
F: hi sorry for doubting you
?: it's ok anyway I'm tomika
F: Freddy
T: can you show me to the office
F: sure
I showed her to the office and gave her a tour around the school
T: so what are you here
F: hmm
T: I mean are you the bully, the ladies man, the skater boy, the nerd
F: I don't really know a lot of girls like me but yet I'm still single

She sounded a little happy
F: what are you gonna be
T: at my old school guys always hit on me but I would just suck it up and ignore them and tell them to go away but when that didn't work I kicked them right where the sun don't shine

F: oh here's mrfinns classroom
We entered
Mf: Freddy where were you
F: I was just showing the new girl around
T: hi
L: wait aren't you the girl from the video
T: the skateboarding one?
L: yeah
T: oh yeah that was me
Everyone looked impressed but summer looked a little mad
Summers POV
I'm in love with Freddy and this girl comes in and takes him, wait jumping to conclusions we just told her about the band
Mf: so tomika can you play an instrument
T: I can play the bass
Z: can you show us
She played smooth criminal
Mf: anything else
T: I can sing
She started singing she was really good
L: your the new singer
S: what about me
Z: sorry sum she's better
I started tearing up and Tomika noticed
T: actually I don't need to be the singer
Mf: but your so good
T: no she should be the singer I can just play the bass or not be in the band at all
She's so nice it's impossible to hate her
F: it's ok summer has a lot going on she's in the debate club, and she has to keep her role as top in the class
T: I got it she can be the band manager
S: what?
T: it's one of the most important jobs in the band I mean you book us gigs build a fanbase and make sure there's no problems
L: that's perfect for her she's so organized
F: this was made for you sum
S: it's worth a shot
We started playing I was bummed I couldn't help
T: sum come on

She handed me a tambourine
T: backup singer?
I hugged her and took it we sounded so good

Z: Tomika wanna eat with us at lunch
T: sure
We all headed to lunch
L: wanna go to laser tag this weekend
T: no can do Larry I'm volunteering at an elderly home

T: we can hang out after
S: how about the mall
T: only if we go to the food court
I chuckled
S: sure
I talked with her the rest of the day she's so fun but
F: Tomika wanna go to the skatepark after school
T: sure

T: sum you ok

The bell rang and she headed off with Freddy I walked by the skatepark and saw them kissing I ran home crying

I went to the skatepark with Freddy
F: so Mika
T: yes fredbear
F: fredbear?
T: you call me Mika I call you fredbear
F: ok ok anyway I was wondering if you like anyone
T: there's one guy but I don't think he likes me back
F: oh
He sounded hurt
T: yeah his name is Freddy Huerta
F: really
T: yeah but I don't think he-
He cut me off by kissing me

I smiled and kissed him again
THE NEXT DAY
We walked into class holding hands summer looked like someone had taken a knife to her heart
Z: ohh what's this
F: were dating
Summer was hurt she ran out crying
T: I'll go after her
I ran out she was talking to Asher he kissed her and she kissed back I went to the classroom
L: so?
T: she's with Asher
Z: let's rock
T: shouldn't we learn first
Mf: oh yeah
He started teaching us summer came in grinning Lila an idiot I guess Asher really helped
