It was towards the end of the day and Kayla, Deja, and Alana were in their last class it was engineering. It was 5 minutes before school ended everyone was packing up and talking. They of course say together and through everyone's conversations Kayla would hear people talk about the football game Thats on Thursday and it caught her attention because the boy Deon plays football because he was wearing a football jersey when he bumped into her.

"So it's a game this Thursday?" Kayla ask

"Yea we play Milford and it's a home game." Alana says

"Y'all trynna go?" Kayla ask

"I'm down I have nothing to do." Deja says

"Yea I'm off anyway so we can go." Alana says

"I'm off too I only work tomorrow, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday." Kayla says

"I usually never go to the games but I heard they be lit." Alana says

"I be bored in the house I hate being in that house." Kayla says

"You can see deon Kayla." Deja says

"That's why I wanna go." Kayla says smirking

The bell rings and everyone gets up and starts rushing out the door Kayla grabs her things and walks up to deon who was getting his bookbag and Rey to leave.

"Aye." Kayla says

"You talking tah meh?" Deon ask turning around

"Ye I gotta question." Kayla says

"Wassuh." Deon says

"What time y'all game on Thursday?" Kayla ask

"5 why you trynna slide?" Deon ask

"Hell yea I wanna see if y'all good or not." Kayla says smiling

"Hell yea we good we won a state championship last year." Deon says

"Bragging much." Kayla says fake rolling her eyes

"I ain't bragging shorr I'm telling the truth."Deon says

"I doubt it but I will see on Thursday I guess." Kayla says

"I guess you will too." Deon says

"Ok nice talking to you deon." Kayla says about to walk away

"Aye yeen slick shorr." Deon says pulling her back and whispering in her ear

"Imma see you round." Deon says smirking and walking away
