It may not feel like you are seen right now, but know that I see you. Not only do I see you in the physical sense, but also in the sense that is the soul of your very being. The really deep parts that make you who you are.
You may feel silent and unheard, but I can hear you. I pay attention when you speak. What you have to say is important and needs to be heard by others. Your thoughts are valid and necessary.
There are times where you feel that you are not understood. Know that I understand the thoughts you are trying to convey. What you are saying makes sense and is part of your story.
You are not invisible. You are not unheard. You are here, present, and worthy of being noticed.
