Sacrifices

Nico POV
I was just sitting in my cabin after dinner when I felt something.
"Leo..." I said.
I felt his death, for sure this time.
"No.."
I ran out if my cabin to the Poseidon cabin and knocked on the door.
Percy opened the door.
"Hey Nico what's up." He said.
"I felt it... Leo's death."
He paled a bit.
"What are you talking about?" Percy questioned.
"I ... I was just sitting there in my cabin and I felt him die... For sure this time." I said with worry.
"Holy Hera ..." He muttered.
"Percy what is it?"
"Thanatos took him to the underworld for cheating death." He replied.
"What?"
He didn't reply as he ran towards the forest. I followed him to bunker 9.
When we got there I saw a figure sitting on the ground. As we walked closer I realized that figure was calypso and she was sobbing.
"Calypso?" Percy said.
She stood up and wiped the tears from her face.
"Yes?" She asked
"We were just wondering if you were ok, we know Leo's gone." I said.
"I'm fine, it had to happen. Leo said it was the only way."
She turned to us and hesitated when she looked at percy. Then she looked at the ground and stormed off.
"What do we do now?" I asked Percy.
"We have to tell Chiron and the rest of the camp."

Calypso POV
"Thanatos" I said praying this would work.
I had ran into the woods after talking to percy and Nico.
"You beckoned?"
I turned around to see Thanatos.
"You see, I have a deal for you." I said.
"You wish I make a deal with me?"
"Yes, take my soul in exchange for Leo's." I explained.
He laughed.
"I'm serious. An immortal soul has more value to you does it not?" I reasoned.
"Why do you want this?" He asked.
"Because Leo deserves to live more than I, he destroyed Gaea, died and brought me back from Ogygia. He deserves more than death."
He pondered this thought for a while.
"If it is what you wish I shall do so." He said.
"Thank you Thanatos."
And I was gone.
