a/n: first off, im so sorry for my inactivity recently. i legit have no excuses and i know how annoying it is when people don't continue posting especially fanfic. thankq all for supporting me n not unfollowing me and i promise i will be posting regularly from now until i finish the story x also i am using random names for his friends n stuff so dont mind that.

also sorry if the formatting a lil different im not typing up this chapter on my mac bc im in bed in the middle of nowhere camping n i dont have it. not that anyone cares lol.

ashleys pov

i was woken by the sound of the my alarm going off. i laid in bed for a while before realising i made plans.

i checked the time and realised i had 15 minutes till ruel and i were meeting. i got changed into an oversized tee and shorts with my bikinis underneath incase i wanted to swim and then brushed my hair and teeth. i grabbed my phone n purse n started walking, following my google maps.

ruels pov

i randomly woke up this morning, checking the time straight away. it was 9:50. 9:50. 9:50? i kept wondering why 9:50 was ringing a bell. i went on my phone again n received a reminder telling me to 'leave now'.

i was meeting ashley at 10. bro how did i manage to forget. i shot outta bed n changed into my clothes n grabbed my wallet n phone n locked the door behind me. i ran at first but then got a notification.

i started to walk normally now since we were both running late. i used the camera to make sure my hair was fine. i kinda wanted to impress her n ask her stuff abt her. but i felt like it was a lil early too.

ashleys pov

i allowed myself to calm down after finding out we were both late. i opened snapchat to make sure i look presentable. i fixed my hair a lil and laid my eyes on the beach for the first time. it was only an under ten minute walk. i got too admit it was stunning.

i headed for the more popular spot n kept an eye out for ruel. then in the distance i noticed a tall figure w dirty blonde curtains n immediately came to the realisation that i found him.

i walked in his direction which caused him to notice me n head towards me. i sped up a lil bit when we got closer. all these thoughts were rushing through my head

should i hug him?

does he wanna hug me?

am i his friend or just a person?

why is he being nice to me?

does he wanna actually see me or is someone bribing him?
