Chapter 54 (Narrative)

Episode 4

It was a busy day at the café since it was a Friday, rain was pouring and multiple students would visit to meet the idols or study.

"It's a good idea that we putted a chalk board and some books there" Chaeyoung said to her partner while preparing a hot caramel tea that was ordered. Her partner hummed in response, also busy with a drink a customer ordered.

Currently, the café was a bit full, only a couple of seats were vacant. Momo and Dahyun were obviously trying hard not to flirt with each other while cooking, Sana and Tzuyu being extra careful with their jobs.

MiChaeng however, had the most work. It's a rainy Friday afternoon, of course people would order hot drinks to warm up their body. Chaeyoung was finally done with her tea, she smiles then puts the cup on a tray, accompanied with the other orders "Tzuyu-ah! Here's table 5's order!" The Cub yelled.

The tall girl smiled and approaches the girl "two cups of hot CHOCO, one hot caramel tea, one bowl of soup and two baskets of garlic bread" Chaeyoung said as she prepared the tray "Thanks Chaeng" Tzuyu thanked before taking the food filled tray and serving them. Mina smiled at the sight of Chaeyoung working hard, she notices that there's a lot of unwashed dishes on the counter so she picked it up since there's no orders for now

"Minari, what are you doing?" Chaeyoung ask "Just gonna wash these, you go make the rest of the orders, I'll be back" Mina said with a smile "Alright, just don't break them" Chaeyoung teased "Yah.. I don't break things..." Mina pouts "Sureeeee~" Chaeyoung smirks. Mina just rolls her eyes playfully then went at the back to clean them

She was soon greeted by Jeongyeon "Mina-yah, what are you doing?" the ostrich ask "Just gonna clean this up" Mina said and starts to clean "I'll take care of that, there's a huge group that just entered and boy do they look cold ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Don't worry about the dishes" Jeongyeon smiled.

Mina looked at the window and indeed saw a group of high school students, almost drenched and shivering "Yeesh. Okay, Please take care of these for awhile Jeongyeon unnie" Mina bows before grabbing a couple of hot pack and blankets for the group "Sana-yah. Give these to the girls, I'm sure they're freezing" Mina then gave the hot packs and blankets to Sana "Okay" as Sana left, Tzuyu came back with the orders

"One Chae special, One Thai soup, one Mandu soup, one chicken??? And four coffee blend hot chocolate.." Tzuyu then passes the order to Chaeng and Mina "Wow these orders looks like Rosé and Lisa's haha" Chaeng said "Mhmm, and also Jennie and Jisoo" Mina said and starts to prepare for the hot chocolates "Hey guys, yes I'm back, back with another all drink orders ㅋㅋㅋㅋ" Tzuyu said "One ice coffee, one hot chocolate, one sweet blend honey tea, one Kaya jam flavor juice and one hot milk" She said "Milk??" Chaeyoung looks at the orders

"The mother asked for that, the baby looks freezing so make it warm" Tzuyu said before serving the food that was just done. Chaeyoung then sighs and starts to make the all drink orders "Hey Chaeyoung, crazy thing, those four high-school girls has the same names as Rosy and Lisa" Tzuyu said after putting the dirty dishes on the counter "Is that so?" Chaeyoung said, not bothering on looking at her friend for she was too focused "Mhmm, Roseanne, Lily and I think the other two were named Ruby Jane and Jisoo" (I can't think of an English name for Jisoo I'm sorry 😥)

"Well that's odd haha, They all have English names, maybe except for Jisoo" Chaeyoung said as she finishes making the milk and tea, she then proceeds to make the others. Tzuyu chuckles then leaves

"You do in good there Chae?" Mina asks as she puts the finished order on a tray "Yeah. Oh hey, can you make the ice coffee, hot choco and kaya juice?" Chaeyoung asks "Ice coffee on a rainy day?" Mina asks as she prepares the drinks "I dunno. Maybe they have a very hot body" Chaeyoung shrugs and smells the sweet honey blend tea "Mmm~ delicious~" She mutters then helps Mina prepare the rest of the drinks.
