Litearly the worst story ever and it makes no sense

Mitsuba walked down the hallway silently, eyes glued to the floor trying to block out the whispers and stares from the others

Normally, on an average day for him nobody would even glance at him, but now all the attention was on him

“Isn't that Mitsuba-kun?”

“He looks so handsome now!”

“He cut his hair”

Mitsuba slid open the classroom door and sat down his seat as classmates stared at him from afar
A few even approached him, crowding his desk, asking questions

“You look so handome now!”

“Why did you even grow out your hair before?”

“You look way better like this”

The pink haired boy gave an uncomfortable smile as he tried to answer all the questions being thrown at him, his classmates now satisfied with the answers retreated back to their seats

He secretly still wanted to be called cute or adorable, not handsome

Minamoto Kou appeared in the doorway in a huff as he just barely made it to the class in time

His eyes widened as he saw Mitsubas new appearance

“Ah- You look really cute” Was the first thing he said

The pink haired boys eyes widened a bit as he was not expecting that, his cheeks flushing red as he put his hand over part of his face, which was covered by his jacket sleeve and looked away

Most of the classroom started to giggle as Kou sat down in his seat

Tsuchgomori walked in and class started

Bonus
Kou was sitting there in class when relization hit him, he had just called his friend cute without thinking
He felt his own face heat up

“Minamoto-Kun! What was that all about earlier this morning!?” He hissed as he slammed his hands down onto Kou's dest glaring at him

The blonde flinched as he looked up at him an shrugged, giving him a confused smile

“Am I not allowed to compliment my friend?”

“Well, yeah I guess- B-But you're a pervert for doing that! You just wanted to see me get all flust-”

Mitsuba was interrupted by his own stomach growling, his cheeks went red 

“Pffft-”

“Shutup.”

Kou took out two bentos and handed one to Mitsuba, this is a normal thing for them as Kou had lost a bet and had to make Mitsuba lunches lol

Mitsuba opened the bento, as his mouth watered a bit from the sight of it he scoffed

“Wow~ You really couldn't make anything better than this” He complained as he grabbed a chair so he could sit down and eat

“Fine, I guess you don't want any food then!” Kou said, joking around as he grabbed Mitsubas bento and pulled it away from him

He gasped “No! You cant do that to me! I'm too cute to be starved!” He whined as he just took Kou's bento instead and started to eat it

“Hey, my food!”

“Well you shouldn't have taken mine, dumbass”

After bickering and insulting eachother for a bit and then they finally started to eat their lunches  before lunch break ended

Mitsuba scoffed as he waited for Kou at their usual after-school hangout spot on the roof

The blonde finally made it and smiled “Sorry for the wait! Spider Face Sensei wanted me to do something real quick”

He snorted “Yeah, you should be sorry for leaving someone as cute as me all alone up here alone!”

“I bet that you were just eager and getting stuff for yourself so you can take advantage of me you Hella-Lame-Traffic-Safety-Earring!”

“I-”

“I knew it! You do want to take advantage of me you pervert!”

Kou bonked Mitsuba on the head

“Just because you got a haircut dosen't mean I'd suddenly do those things to you!”

“Aaa! Stop being so rough with me Minamoto-Kun!” He said putting his sleeve onto his mouth and giving the blonde puppy eyes

Kou groaned as he just ruffled Mitsuba's hair in response and sighed “I can't believe I'm sill hanging out with someone like you”

“gAsP- I cant believe you! You should be lucky to even be hanging out with me! You probably hang out with me because you like me or something!”

Kou went red “Wha- No- That's not- I don't like-”

Mitsuba gasped “Minamoto-kun are you gay for me!?”

“No!”

“I'm not gay” Kou said as he looked into Mitsubas eyes

Mitsuba stsrted to blush

“I-I hate gay people” The blonde stated as he tucked Mitsubas hair behind his ear

“I have purely hetrosexual thoughts”

Kou started to move closer to Mitsuba, their lips almost touching

“M-Minamot-”

“I'm not gay dude...”

Kou held Mitsubas hand, and leaned in closing the gap between the two
