After the incident and a quick shower, Prince Woojin gave a tour of the palace. Even though he seemed fine the whole time, you couldn't help but feel worried the whole time.

"And that should be everything! Any questions?" He asked as they arrived back at the dining room. "Nope!" You said with a warm-hearted smile. Woojin couldn't help but do the same.

"Since it is near night time, dinner should be served. Care to join?" He asked offering his hand.

I don't think asking him about earlier is best at the moment...

"Yes! Let's eat!"

It's been a few days but you had trouble sleeping. To avoid unnecessarily going back and forth. You were temporary staying in the palace, your room not so far from the prince. It was average size but you didn't really care, space was not an issue.

But that wasn't the reason why you couldn't sleep a wink. Despite lying down on a comfortable and fluffy bed, your mind was heavy with thoughts. You were thinking about what happened in the previous days. After the incident, they completely avoided the training area and mainly visited the town.

He's been looking alright but...

You hit your head multiple times on the pillow out of frustration.

Maybe staring at the night sky might help... My nightgown isn't thin so should be fine...and the lights are off...

Forcing yourself to get up, you slowly walked to the balcony. Your eyes light up as soon as you looked up. Your fingers slowly grasping the railing. Millions of stars shine brightly making it possible for it to be the only source of light. If you could, you would stare at them the whole night.

The silent night was interrupted by the sound of sword-swinging and heavy breathing. You looked down confused only to be surprised.

Prince Woojin swings the wooden sword with all his might going as fast as he can. You could tell he was training for a while already as his blazer was on the ground and he was sweating profusely.

It's kind of sexy, to be honest-

The urge of hitting your head on the railing was strong as you instantly regretted your thoughts.

God this is only the first one and you are already having indecent thoughts...

Groaning, you continued watching Woojin with admiration. Woojin kept going and going using every direction or moves as possible in a streak. Finally, he threw in the towel as he dropped his sword on the ground falling in defeat.

You felt pity for him. You knew that he still wasn't over about the incident, neither were you.

"Prince Woojin!" You called in a whisper-shout. He looked up and was shocked when he saw who was calling him. He immediately got up and brushed off his clothes.

"Princess! Did I disturb you?" He asked in the same tone. "No, I was already awake!" You replied back. Then an idea struck you seeing how short the height from the balcony to the ground was. You knew walking from the inside might wake up the servants so you thought this was the best idea.

"I'm coming down!" Without giving time for the prince to process what you said, you climbed over the railing with no issue. Woojin immediately had a panic face as he rushed to you as you were about to jump.

Fortunately, he was fast enough to catch you in a bridal style. You burst out in giggles as he released a relived sighed.

You placed your head on Woojin's shoulder giving a bright smile. "My hero."
