Chapter 22

Lisa's Pov

"This is the place" she asked when I parked the car

"Yup. C'mon they have really good burgers," I said  as I got out to open the door for her..

She laughed as she gave me a hand to help her out I immediately intertwine our fingers and lead her inside.

"What flavor do you want?" I asked Irene as she get her a scoop

" I want strawberries" She replied while smiling shyly

Time skip

"C'mon, please," i begged trying to get Joohyun to come inside Rosie's apartment  and watch a movie with me I already called Rose and asked her permission of having her apartment for myself.

"Are you sure?" She asked

"Yes" I said excitedly  "if you don't want hangout with me then it's fine I can drive you to Your dorm" I added making a sad face so that she'll agree.

"Okay" she said I did a little Victory dance which made her laugh

"You're such a baby sometimes" she said as she entered the apartment with me trailing behind with my hands in my pocket

"I'm your baby" I unknowingly whispered I didn't mean to but I guess it came out from my heart.

"What?" Joohyun asked

"What movie do you want to watch?" I asked while getting in the bed

"Whatever you want is fine with me"she said slipping into bed next to me

I quickly picked one , I put my hand on her waist and pulled her into me her head rested on my shoulder as she hugged my waist .

I don't know why  we had gotten so comfortable around each other so quickly but for now I wasn't questioning it.

I can feel her eyes on me since the movie started but i kept mine on the screen smiling when I felt her peck my forhead.

Joohyun just  had a way of making me feel safe and I love it...

I stirred awake  as the Early morning sun peeked through blinds , shining annoyingly in my eyes I squinted my eyes trying to wake myself up as I quickly realized I was cuddling Joohyun from behind as my arm held her securely into me. Her breathing were slow and I couldn't help but admire the freckles dancing along her skin.

I glanced at the clock on the bed side table and was  relieved that sun has woken me up because I forgot to set my alarm for work this morning

I was so caught up with Irene last night Remembering last night made me smile we end watching two movies she fell asleep in the second one and I didn't have the heart to wake her up so we ended up cuddling.

There's a part of me who didn't want to go to work but I know I have too all I wanted to do is to lay down with her all day . I didn't want to wake her up she looked so peaceful but I knew she would need to get ready for work also.

I felt her stir below me when my lips carefully grazed her cheek a couple of times. I moved back slightly when her eyes flickered open and found mine. I couldn't help but notice how my heart stuttered slightly she was simply gorgeous.

"Morning" I smiled leaning up on the elbow to enjoy the view I was having this morning.

"Morning" she mumbled in a sleepy tone which for some reason instantly made my body grow hot. I sucked my bottom lip trying not to show how much her raspy voice affected me.

"It just six in the morning"  I explained she groaned in response

"You have to get ready for work"  I said softly she nodded and got up from the bed we got ready and left the apartment
