I collect my phone from my bag and tap the contact ' Liam👍"
It was ringing for some moments before I heard his voice
"Hey Skylar"he says,his voicing hanging from raspiness
"Hey Liam, am going home so I want to ask maybe you will want me to drop you", I say eating my chocolate bar.
"No don't worry, am busy now "he says, the raspiness still in his voice again.
"Okay bye"I say as I hang up the phone before he has the chance to say his greetings.
I walk to the car lot as I wait for Lisa to come from her own class.
I think the sun hate me because the heat is not helping me at all.
"Hey babygirl"I hear a voice says, as I turn around and see Lisa.
"Hey Lisa" I say smiling.
"Okay let get going"she says as we interwine our hands together.
She led me to her car, opening it as a lady.
I hop in right away as she enters the other side.
"Can we go to Starbucks?" I ask, collecting my phone from my bag.
"Yeah sure, I don't wanna let this heat kill you" she says chuckling.
I open my phone as I scroll through Pinterest.
We arrived there as I place my order.
"Umm I want a iced caramel coffee" I say smiling.
"Okay you, mam'" he says pointing to Lisa.
"I want the same thing" she says as she brings out her money.
Normally I would have object for her not to pay but, she once told me she fine paying and plus am her best friend so yeah...ever since that day I never objected to pay.
They handed Lisa the drinks as Lisa passed mine to me.
I waste no time in snatching my own and sip it greedily, hungrily.
"Looks like someone can't even wait to have her drink" Lisa says as she rolls over chuckling..
"Well I can't wait, when the scorching sun feast on me" I say licking the straw.
I continue to sip my drink when all of a sudden, Lisa lean towards me as she licks near my lips and pulled back.
"Oh umm" I say my cheeks was boiling.
"Don't worry, there was a little bit coffee there,so I licked it off you"she says her eyes now on the road.
"Oh umm thanks" I say as I NOW sip my drink slowly..

"Hello is any living being here?" I screamed as Lisa chuckled.
What with her chuckling today?
"Oh Skylar when will you ever change?" My mum says hitting my arm.
"Mum it hurts" I pout.
"Sorry" she says laughing.
"Lisa will you stay over?" My mum ask.
"No" Lisa replied quickly.
I turn to look at her.
"Why?" I ask.
"I have somethings to do" she says opening the door
Moody?
"Oh umm ok" I say escoting her outside.
"Lisa you said you will tell me everything" I say closing the door.
"That out of your business" she says with a stern voice.
"Oh umm sorry"I say my voice shaky.
What up with her now? Minutes ago she was sweet now stern? Bipolar much?
"Skylar am sorry, I didn't mean to be cold towards you, am just tired"she says her eyes staring at mine.
"It okay, I understand" I say.
"Okay I will leave now" she says kissing my forehead.
"Bye" I wave as she enters her car.
She didn't wave back as my smile drop.
I was about to turn to leave when she turn back and said
"Bye!"she wave, laughing as she drives off.
