Yes the nails those are flowers, it's a little hard to see and on the dress are flowers aswell.
Fun fact, the dress is from a French fashion designer I forgot the name it's not really popular yet. Idk why I wanted to say that but I just did.
Gwen choose this dress because of the designer and because she loves the long sleeves and the flowers on the top. Nails just had to match with flowers. Red lips and eyes always a good option. And because everything was already pretty much she just did a simple hairstyle, she didn't want to do a lot to her hair because if she would get the crown it might not look cute or won't fit with the hair. High knee boots because they are comfortable and not much is shown of them anyways. And the bracelet she just loved them and that's why she choose them.
