Chapter 3

(Chapter 2 but in Ryoma's POV...)

I was practicing with the other regulars when Ryuzaki-sensei called me over. I stopped rallying with Momo-senpai and went over to her.

"Ryoma, your father called and told me you need to go to the airport to meet someone. I'm dismissing you from practice for today," She told me.

YURI! She's in the airport! I nodded and packed up the fastest I ever had before and bolted out of the practice courts. Everyone looked at me weirdly, but I don't care because I get to see Yuri again.

When I got to the airport, I saw a girl with a device on her shoulder. She turned around to look at me, when the device on her shoulder spoke...

"Mommy! That's the boy Yuri's gonna meet!" the voice said. She turned to me and I walked up to her giving her a slight bow.

"You must be Ryoma Echizen right?" the girl guessed. I nodded.

"I'm Asuna Yuuki. I'm Kazuto's girlfriend," She greeted. Kazuto? Is that her brother?

As if she read my mind, she giggled and said, "Kazuto is Yuri's half-brother."

I just nodded. She stood there for a while before a grin etched its way onto her face.

"Hey Ryoma, would you like to do something to surprise Yuri?" she asked. She's not gonna do something bad, so I mean what the hell why not.

"Sure. What do I need to do?" I asked.

"Stand behind me. You're a little smaller than I am, so I think you'll be hidden behind me well. She won't see you and when I tap your arm, you can go and greet her," Asuna explained. I imagined her surprised face and it made me smile, so I nodded.

I stood behind Asuna for a few minutes when I heard a guy's voice call out her name. She smiled and waved, the sound of rolling luggage coming closer. Then I heard her voice...

"Hey Yui! Miss me?" She teased. The voice whom I'm assuming was Yui, answered her.

I held back my urge to hug Yuri and a guy hugged Asuna. He notcied me standing behind her, and he smirked.

"Are you Ryoma?" He mouthed. I nodded.

"Go to her," He instruced silently. I let go of my self-control and hugged her, mumbling into her shoulder that I missed her. It was true though, I missed her. Luckily none of the regulars followed me here.

After we hugged, I helped her up, and was pulled into another hug. Being this close to her, I could smell the scent of lemons from her hair. We pulled away as Asuna said something...

"Why don't you guys go explore a bit... I have to talk with Kirito for a bit," She said.

We nodded and the guy whose name was Kirito/Kazuto had told Yuri to leave her luggage and go with me. I was happy to spend more time with Yuri and She ran to her luggage, confusing me. She pulled out her skateboard and longboard, handing me her skateboard.

"Here. You'll show me around while we skate, but it'll be faster and more fun!" She exclaimed. I smiled at her cute acts and took it, thanking her.

We ran out the airport and towards my neighborhood. I took the lead since she wasn't familiar with the area. I wanted to tease her, but she beat me to asking the question that lingered on my mind.

"Hey Ryo, do you remember the promise we made," she asked nonchalantly. I nodded.

"Yeah. Also, you forgot to give your boyfriend a welcome kiss~" I teased. She went bright red, and she gave me a kiss, making me blush lightly. I wasn't expecting her to actually do that, but she began skating off, and I followed her.

We skated around for a bit before ending up in front of the school. She read the plague and I stopped, wrapping my hands around her waist.

"This is our school!" I informed. She nodded, and took my cap. It's the same one she gave me, and I haven't taken it off unless neccessary.

She started skating into the school, me following suite.

"Catch me if you can~" She taunted. Oh it's on....

"Come back here!" I yelled, skating after her. We eventually made it to the courts, and I caught up to her, taking my hat off her head, stopping shortly after...

I turned around to see the other senpais looking at me with both questions and anger...
